We were fortunate enough to have a flyer put on our property with Mike Deckelmann's Landscaping information on it. We called less than a week ago, and I'm now looking out at my yard and love the job that they did. They did an AMAZING job on our property. I am pretty hard to please with landscaping, and I am so happy with how everything came out. With our little girl having a tough summer ahead of her, we wanted the backyard to be a place of respite for her. Thanks to Mike Deckelmann's Landscaping, we can make that a possibility for her.

Within 3 hours I got a call back. He had been to the house, taken a look, and provided what I thought was a fair estimate for the job. Due to scheduling, it worked best for them to do the job the next morning. No complaints here. Tree was gone by 830am the next day. Worth mentioning this tree had grown up into the power lines. These guys looked comfortable running the saws near the lines and seeing as how the power stayed on, I assume they know what they're doing. Quick too. Cleanup was thorough when they were finished up.

Kiel's Tree Care returned my phone call promptly and most importantly showed up at our estimate appointment 10 mins early. Kiel was very patient and very knowledge with all the trees on my property. He asked me what I would like to do with my trees and then provide/discuss his plan with me. Before the schedule work day, Kiel's office called and notified me because of the work load, Kiel might not be able to finish everything in one day, but will continue on 2nd day. I didn't mind at all, but it was nice to have a heads up. Job was done on time in one day and with my 100% satisfaction. I would give Kiel's Tree Care 10 stars if I can. Very professional work attitude. Reasonable price. Super friendly office staff. This job went as smooth as it can be.
