He didn't treat the cut right, just wrapped it and all that just ended up sticking to the wound and it was really painful for my baby to take it later off. When we went to our pediatrician after that, she said that it was all done really bad and just wrong, he obviously didn't know what he is doing or just didn't care at all. I feel bad that our first experience at urgent care went that bad for my child and for me. Only the girls at the front desk were nice and actually felt bad for us and were trying to help. So unlucky and unhappy with this place.

The person who took my call then told me that she does not understand why I was not given a certain type of medicine. So she sent the new prescription. Then came my bill. I called to give them my card number. Mr. Aijaz Mohammed took my card over the phone. Within a span of a couple of hours, I get a notification from my credit card company that there is a suspected fraudulent activity on my card. Someone had attempted to charge a plane ticket thru Southwest Airlines. I don't think that someone needs to be a rocket scientist to figure out who was attempting to make that fraudulent charge. Shame on you Mr. Aijaz. And shame on AFC Urgent Care Morton Grove.

We saw Dr Waxman in the Bannockburn office at walk-in OrthoAccess initially...he was efficient, empathetic and understanding and referred us to Dr Kramer who specializes in the injury my daughter sustained. The associates we have interacted with at check-in in Bannockburn, Highland Park and Morton Grove have all been excellent. Highly recommend.

When we left the massage parlor we had to get to the other side of a busy highway by going up the stairs, crossing an overhead walkway & down the stairs on the other side of the road. When I took the first step down my left knee popped & pain shot through my leg (so much for an awesome massage). Anyway my knee has been in an up and down cycle. Lately it has been bothering me & creating enough pain to want to go see an orthopedic doctor. I called up Illinois Bone & Joint Institute (IBJI) After talking to my nephew (who use to work for IBJI in Gurnee I called IBJI @ 9am. Amazing I had an appointment @ 10am. This IBJI is located @ 9000 Waukegan Road where ABT use to be located. I scheduled an appointment w/Dr Raab an orthopedic surgeon. Kelly his Nurse Practitioner came in and assessed the situation. They took me in to get an X-ray of my knee & brought me back to the exam room. After waiting for a while Dr Rabb came in examined my leg. After examining my leg he noticed swelling on the knee but and told me there was liquid on my knee joint. He then proceeded to extract the liquid & give me a shot of cortisone which greatly reduced the swelling & pain. I was told to get a knee compression sock which really helps to further stabilize my knee. Both Dr Raab & Kelly were very friendly & personable making the visit more enjoyable. The best part is Dr Raab didn't feel that I needed to have knee surgery yet.

Two weeks later I had a stroke ,luckily TIA but still had to have therepy to talk and walk, etc. I was in bed or on the couch every day as rest helps heal the brain, you will be exhausted all day. I got a jury's summons and asked her for a note seeing I could not function nor drive, which she should have known from the check ins. I then got an email at 1:30 in the morning (which I didn't know till the next day) demanding me to go as it was my duty!! Now remember, I am sleeping most the day and no driving. She is supposed to protect me as my dr.,but demanding I go to jury duty when I am incapacitated. And that is MY decision for jury duty, not her demands. I did report her to the practice and got no response. Never went back

I don't really have any big complaints with the physicians themselves. I do, however, have a couple bones to pick with the office staff. With the exception of a few people in the front office, the overall attitude is poor. It seems as though the moral is low, or they don't like each other, and they certainly don't like their patients. One of the women took my co-pay and went to get change. I stood there waiting as I watched her stand in the back for FIVE minutes chatting about nothing. Some of the women are also incredibly rude and insulting when attempting to schedule an appointment or leave a message for your physician. There are two lovely people who handle the admin/reception duties, but they aren't always there. And the lab staff is friendly. Overall excellent physicians with generally crummy staff. Not certain how much longer I want to deal with it.

I have a ton of family and family friends in medicine so there's always a plethora of knowledge around me; and different opinions. I went on my insurance website and took down bios for about 20 doctors. From there, I vetted them by specialty, location and reviews.I wanted someone personable, who I could relate to, and most importantly- someone smart who knew what they were talking about. I found everything and more in Dr. Daniel. Dr. Daniel is not only smart but she's fantastic at explaining the chemical processes going on in your body. She teaches for Swedish Covenant so she's well versed in all the common questions (that her residents have). She also believes firmly in the osteopathic approach to medicine. That pretty much means she believes in the "whole body" approach instead of just focusing on the body as separate organs. She has an open mind and believes with going with what works. Finally she is personable and encouraging. We talked about random stuff and she made me feel so comfortable. Making an appointment was simple and the office did not feel like a typical medical office. It's located at a former office/administrative building so there is a ton of marble and wall sconces. The staff is really nice as well. Dr. Daniel definitely has your back- and everything else as well.

I have seen her a couple of times now at the North Shore Immediate Care in Mount Prospect, IL. In between the physical visits, we had a teleconference. In between those, she answered messages via their system. In the past 4 years I have returned to the Chicagoland area, I have seen at least 5 doctors for the same ailments. Each did not meet the basic needs of making me feel as if I were even at the appointment or heard a word I said. Additionally, one doctor said I did not have heart disease (Cardiologist) another said I did. Not only am I happy she came to that location, but have that feeling of..." finally ". She includes me in the conversation and asks my opinion. She is a Doctor with a higher level of people skills than the others. I highly recommend her to anyone who is seeking quality care. I also enjoy the fact, she has a sense of humor and can banter. She cuts to the chase. No more donuts for me. Yes, she is the Doctor, and I completely respect her knowledge.
