BERLIN, MD: if Brie is in town, there will be a brewery stop, and we were happy to see that Berlin Brewing is welcoming to leashed and friendly pups outside. We grabbed a picnic table in their huge backyard and settled in for a perfect afternoon. Their tap list is small but intentional, and the Ad‑Libs: ConTajin was a standout being super juicy & super refreshing. They also offer a full food menu and even a craft non‑alcoholic soda for anyone skipping the booze. It did get a little warm outside, but good beer, good vibes, and a happy dog make it hard to complain. read more

Decor/service: friendly service and a nice indoor and outdoor area. Food: menu is clearly labeled with gluten containing items. probably our favorite non fancy meal of our trip. The chicken tacos had tons of flavor that meshed perfect together. The fries are fresh cut shoestring type fries and also had great flavor. Portions were good sized and everyone at our table enjoyed their whole meal read more

We stopped in with friends who were here before and they said it was really nice and the female bartender was so friendly that they stayed until close. When we came in tonight, my friend asked the hostess if we could sit anywhere. She said, "I have to seat you, but the kitchen is closed!" OK, so why do you need to seat us then. My husband asked what they had that was close to Blue Moon. He was told, "Nothing!" No suggestion, and bartender was more concerned if we had a card to swipe. Beers and drinks were not good. Friendly service goes a long way! Do better Berlin Beer Co. No one was busting the doors down. read more

Drinks and food are amazing! Had grapefruit and creamsicle crushes! Best EVER ANYWHERE! Wings were meaty and tasty, loved, loved, LOVED the crab dip! A plus that it came with both bread and chips. Hubby is gluten free and I didn't have to have choose! The crab dip was creamy, crabby and delicious! A great place to come if you are into good music and a fun vibe! Our server was fantastic and answered all our questions. Great bathrooms too....this place needs to be on your *I gotta go to* lists! read more

We were looking for a place that was kid-friendly with good food and good beer. What we found was a place with great food (large portions!) and delicious beers! Our server, Calvin, was very attentive and provided excellent service! We each tried different beers (all very good, I liked my porter the best) and had nachos, fish and chips, Mac and cheese, sliders and the veggie burger - yum! The fries with old bay seasoning were excellent! It was a very comfortable and inviting atmosphere - would definitely return! read more

So disappointed. We were here at the same time last year for the oceans calling concert and we had a wonderful experience. Everyone was so hospitable and friendly. Tonight when we came in, we were greeted by the hostess who announced "the kitchen's closed, but I will seat you." when I responded that we were. just coming for a drink. She was brisk and said."OK "you can seat yourself. " bartender was not much friendlier , although did provide tastings for us. the mixed drinks were subpar and the beer selections were not great. For example, there was no fall/October selection and it was the end of September.Did enjoy the ambience/decor and the live entertainment. The singer was quite talented. read more

Looking for late lunch after a day on Assateague Island. Saw a few breweries in Berlin and picked to come here. Walking up, the building is new and the decor seems right out of an HGTV show. A mix of high tops and low top tables scatter around a large bar, plus a side room that felt more formal, plus deck seating out back. Walking in, the hostess greeted us immediately and sat us in the side room with regular height tables. We ordered a mimosa, the peach cream ale and the Green Suede Shoes (IPA), all very tasty. While the green metal roof is beautiful, it seemed to reverberate the sounds from a large group with several happy toddlers near us. So as the beers came, the volume made us struggle to hold conversation so we asked the hostess if we could move away from that party and she immediately resat us. Our server came with us. We started with crab dip. I ordered the brisket tacos, Amanda got the fish tacos and Liv had the brisket grilled cheese. Food was scrumptious, I think we licked the crab dip crock clean. Big portions, very tasty. We had a second round of drinks. Liv later said that this was the best mimosa of the weekend. I switched to the fruited sour, also very good. The only thing keeping us from a 5 rating was that our server was absent for a bit so that all 3 of our drinks were empty. Would we come back? Yes, always love to support a local brewery with good beer and great food. read more

The Brisket and Onion sandwich was very good, but the fries were disappointing. The fries were very small, almost like bits of fries. I had wanted a beef cheesesteak, but they ran out of them again. This visit number 2 when they had no beef cheesesteak. read more

We stopped by BBC about a year ago after attending Berlin farmers market. Purchased a beer from their booth and loved it. The guy pouring the beer (owner) said we should try out the restaurant. After the farmers market we went directly there. We were immediately greeted and just loved the vibe. We had tuna nachos and tacos, both were outstanding. They only had one beer that they brewed while they were gearing up production (blue suede shoes) which I had earlier at the market. Unfortunately, kind of forgot about this place until yesterday. Again, greeted immediately and sat at the bar and was pleased to see 10 beers on the list. I started with small caps ipa which was fantastic. I then ordered a flight of ipa's and stouts. Everything I had was just great. We ordered chicken cheese steak and tuna tacos. This place can do no wrong, both meals were excellent. Bar tenders were super friendly and the music was entertaining. We live in Fenwick and are usually disappointed by food, price, service at the shore. Guess I'm now a regular. Also, something I never mention. The bathrooms are crazy bright and clean. See y'all soon. read more

We tried this place on a weekday around 4:00 in early October and it was great. We ordered the AhiTuna Tacos and the Brisket Sandwich. Very delicious and the portion were large. We could barely finish them. The service was excellent (crowd was light) and the atmosphere is great. We dined in the side dining area which is very cozy. This place must be hopping in the Summer. The outdoor patio looked very inviting but it was a very windy day. read more
