We were aware the car was a prior salvage, and we were fine with that. George helped us out by meeting us a little closer to home over a holiday weekend. That in itself, I believe, is over and above the scope of a normal sale. He was willing to take time out of his weekend just to help us out a little. Wael agreed (and took his own time) to take the vehicle to an inspection of my choice prior to the purchase. The inspection confirmed the condition of the vehicle represented. After that, the negotiation was minimal, the sales process simple, and the registration/titling was all handled thoroughly. Paid a $500 deposit, 6 month later I picked up my truck. Before I picked up, 80% of the work can be done through email exchanges. I think Sales prefer it that way too. I only had to be in the dealership for about 1 hour to pick up my truck, just to sign a lot paperwork and verify everything.
