Awful place! My mom took her car in for the "Ultimate" $23.45 wash and when she brought the car back home I thought the car wash must have been closed! I normally go to this car wash because I like the Price and they typically do a good job for what you pay. However, I went yesterday and the overall experience was not good. After waiting for 10 minutes for someone to acknowledge I was there (one person ahead of me), the guy who normally takes your "order" was rude, unaccommodating and could have cared less that I was a customer. When I brought it to the attention of the guy at the desk he said "I'm sorry. He's had a long day." It was 2pm. They open at 8. And oh...I don't care. I get that people have bad days, but to treat a customer in that manner is not ok. The car wash was average at best. I found dirt on my dashboard and the vacuum job was not great. I wish I could leave less than 1 star. Absolutely terrible place. Started with stalling my car. Then also proceeded to burn my clutch out. After it was finished with the wash I inspected my car to see 3 scratches at the same level. Don't go here if you want a good cleaning for your car! Reasonably priced- yes. Quick- yes. But the quality of cleaning was not good. Very easy, visible smudges and dog hair were left behind. Beware! Avoid! They will damage your car and say it was like that. They actually broke my driver's side power mirror off the car. When the car came out the mirror was hanging there. When I went in to talk to the owner she said "it was already broken, now leave". These people are no good! read more

They opened the windows of my car and LEFT THEM OPEN during the wash. They did not soak up all of the water that flooded my car and refused to refund my money. As far as their work and attention to detail , they far exceed the Summit car wash. The management here actually cares. Unlike the Summit car wash , they've never thrown out neat receipt bundles. The only problem I had was that my rain guards came off and the rear windows and i didn't notice at the time. The Manager I spoke with a couple weeks later seemed was helpful even though they did not locate the rain guards. Way better service than at other car washes. read more

I've gone here a few times (mostly because it's the closest car wash to me) and every time I've been disappointed. It is not cheap and It looks like I never got a car wash. I've had to redo it myself most of the time when I got home, and even went back because the inside looked like it was untouched and still wasn't done as good as other car washes. HORRIBLE PLACE OF BUSINESS. DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE!! They just about ripped my running board off and cut the molded plastic step area right down the middle trying to get my car on the track. When I showed it to sister of the owner she said no, they didn't do that they only use brushes. What?! The car has to be put on some type of track to be pushed through so what do brushes have to do with anything?! I explain it had to have been how they put my car on the track and she says, no you did it. What?! At no time did she even consider that something went wrong when the car was put through but instantly denied any wrong doing and blamed it on me. They took absolutely no responsibility. Oddly enough a neighbor had brought her car (Brand new - first car wash!) there earlier in the day and they some how ripped her windshield wipers off (really), scratched the paint and wheel well. Again, the owner and sister denied everything and said she did it. Again, really?!! The police were called on this occasion as the owner threatened to hit my neighbor but wouldn't since she was a woman. This is how you run a business?!!!!! SAVE YOURSELF A COSTLY TRIP AND STAY AWAY FROM THIS ESTABLISHMENT. Also, the price on the board before you get out of the car conveniently omits the extra $2.00 fee they slip on if you have SUV because they consider it a "truck/van/limo". Any size SUV mind you. When I asked why they say because I have a 3rd row seat and I said I'm only having the outside washed, not the insided vacummed, which he then says doesn't matter it's a truck (I drive a Acura MDX, hardly a truck, van or limo). Worst car wash I have ever gotten-did not even vacuum or wipe down the seats/carpets or middle console, dust left all over dash board, and no air freshener like they said. I'm pretty sure my mats were more dirty after they were thrown back in than when I arrived. Was cursed at and called a liar!!!! After getting my car washed I noticed a huge scratch on the back of my car. I understand stuff like this happens and I thought getting my money back for the wash was fair enough. Insteadbof making a big deal I went inside and quietly spoke to the person at the desk. Love that the owner is always out inspecting cars while they are being dried. Also love that they let you stay in your car if you want to so the kids can enjoy the experience. If you don't care about how your car looks afterwards, this is the car wash for you. Brought in a 3 month old Jaguar just for a quick wash to remove the rainspots after a storm and left with rub marks all over my right rear quarter panel! I noticed them after I drove away and came back to talk to the manager and the woman who wipes the car would not let me talk to anyone but her. She proceeded to tell me it was my fault because the apparatus used to wash the cars wash too soft to leave rub marks. She actually blamed me! She said it was because my car was really dirty (It had just poured overnight) and told me it needed detailing or another wash but she would charge me for both because she doesn't work for free! It is clear to see that these are rub marks so I demanded my money back for the wash and she refused. The arrogance was stunning. I would rather leave my car caked in mud than use this place again.
