I should have known when it was empty why... THE WORST CAR WASH EVER. I don't think I can even say wash. They were supposed to vaccine the inside, but when I got home and opened the door the dirt was still there right in front of my eyes. Not sure how you could miss that. The outside was still filthy. I asked the 3 men who were somewhat drying it to please clean the doors, inside and out as well as basically most of the car. They walked away and I got stuck wasting $25.00 plus fees. The craziest thing happen to my BMW X5. I put car keys in the cupholder and there is an air tag next to it. When I left, someone took the car key off the key chain but left the air tag. Some young Mexican put them behind the screen. But he didn't need to take the air tag off them. Something sketchy is going on. read more

Forever the owner had a $60 a month membership for unlimited washes. He took it away for no good reason other than to take advantage of his regular customer. In this economy, a car wash is something consumers treat themselves too. Not wise to mess with your customer base and bottom line. The car wash use to be busy and over the summer its dropped off. Was around berkeley heights area, and was roaming around to get a car wash. went to google, and saw this place.. had good reviews, and wanted to try it out. pricing was a bit tricky. they had the lowest service a little expensive (about 25$) and then they increase 2$ for the next 2 upgrades.. Its a no brainer that people will probably get the 27 or 29$ service. good marketing strategy. wish they had the basic package for 20 or less, like many other car wash facilities. It was crowded early in the day when i went. had to wait about 10 mins, to get to the front. Then they asked me to get outside the car, and then they did powerwash. I actually liked the overall wash (external and internal), and the scent inside. end to end, it took them about 10 mins.. they had wash rooms inside, and a small store which sold car items, and drinks. overall , had a good experience... Took my car on 10/20/24 for an "Ultimate" wash after hearing this place was under new management. Not sure where to start with this one, I drove off noticing several basic cleaning oversights: 1) dashboard wasn't wiped 2) center console wasn't wiped nor were the cup holders vacuumed 3) back seat floor and carpets were not vacuumed My expectations for any car wash aren't very high as they are notoriously inconsistent when it comes to detail but at the very minimum you'd expect a minimal effort by the workers to handle the above, especially when there is no line on a Sunday morning. I could only imagine much worse this wash could've been if they were somewhat busy. It's safe to say I will NOT return here and I advise anyone reading this to go elsewhere (although nearby options are limited). read more

I do not like leaving negative reviews, however, when your wiper blades get ripped off your car mid-car wash... The attendant was kind enough to go back into the car wash area and found one of my blades, however I wanted both of them. He said he couldn't find it and I should go talk to the manager, which I did. The manager accused me of putting on my wipers during the car wash, which I wouldn't do!? Told me it was my fault and that he cannot help me. I told him I was not going to pay for the exterior wash service of $19. As I walked away, I realized that a set of wiper blades cost at least $25 for my car, so I turned around and said you owe me five dollars. I will not pay for a $19. car wash and then go have to buy a new set of blades for my car, so he angrily put a five dollar bill on the counter and told me never to come back. This has been an ongoing theme with this car wash. They do a half-assed job w the vacuum in the beginning, and finish with an even more pathetic attempt at cleaning the inside. They spend more time drying down and wiping down the inside of the doors... not even the interior of the door, just the door itself, and then use that dirty rag to wipe down the arm rest on the door. So much dust everywhere and it's hard to believe that I actually paid 25$ for this wash. The outside was not cleaned well and the "dryer" guys don't bother to fix the problem. Sadly, I can't see myself returning here and if I do, it will be for a basic wash. read more

This place is hit or miss. Sometimes it's really good and sometimes I can't tell if they even touched the inside or used a towel to dry. Door jams are also rarely wiped, especially under rear lift gates on suvs. At least they don't charge more for suvs. I think quality really depends on time of day and the crowd. Naturally when there's a long line they don't spend as much time on your car as when it's quiet. Unfortunately the prices just went up again and a full service basic wash is over $17 with tax. That's really high when you consider it doesnt include any wax, wheel cleaner or tire shine. Also the window to watch your car get cleaned is soooo filthy that you can not see your car in certain sections. It really disappoints my kids that they can't see the car. This place does well because there's no other options. It does well in a pinch but you'll always end up touching up the car at home. read more

Remember when my car got washed here? No, cuz you don't know me or what car I drive or when I was here. I remember, though, cuz I was there. They don't use brushes/bristles so don't worry about scratches. My car got a nice bath here. Water crashed down and I almost wanted to to get right in there and bathe with it. The people here are on point. They run around and fly left and right, drying stuff and wiping other stuff. Never do get too technical about car washes. At one point this woman struck up a conversation with me about her kids, LIKE I CARE ABOUT YOUR DELINQUENT SON WHO BROKE YOUR BUMPER. Fender bender? More like shut the hell up and keep on moving. I just came back from having my car washed at this place. The medium price is $29 for the services listed. Ok, paid it and when they told me my car was done I couldn't believe it. There was still crumbs on the floor mats, it did not appear they vacuumed the driver side at all, there's some smudges about the glove compartment that haven't been wiped. I paid extra for the tire shine and the girl who put it on just did one quick pass but the problem was because she could care less when they gave me the car it looked like someone poured milk on my tires. I called the mgr outside and he spoke to the guy who was supposed to vacuum. I'm not a fan of getting workers in trouble but you pay over $34 with the tire shine and I still tipped 10% and my car is a mess, still dirty , liquid running down the tires and dirt on the dash. The mgr said I could go around and have them vacuum again but the guy who he was speaking to pulled out an air hose and shot air into the car to blow the debris out. As I'm sure you are aware the force of the air doesn't allow for you to control the direction the stuff moves in its entirety. I gave up. I will take the longer ride to Madison again. I've never had an issue there, lesson learned! read more

I usually go here because I live in town and like to support the local businesses but it is a really bad car wash. The outside is ok but the inside is where it lacks most. The inside of the car windows are not cleaned and even when you ask, the cleaner and rag leaves a greasy, dirty film and it's even worse than before I went in. They raised their prices too- it was $24.95 for a sedan for inside and out. Note to owner: change the cleaners you use for the inside windows, use cleaner rags, hire more people to clean the car when it comes out of the wash, and do better work if you are going to charge more than any of the car washes in the area. read more

I have been going there for years. The place is starting to get a little run down. For example, the windows that you are allowed to watch your car getting washed through have not been washed in quite some time and you can't see your car after the first few feet. Half the time some of the soaps/waxes don't spray or one of the rotating cleaners aren't rotating or cleaning. I have taken my newer car there several times and not once has the inside of the rear window ever been cleaned. They don't put the driver seat back in position so when I get in I hit my head. There is a lack of overall care for the customer. Its just get 'em in and get 'em out. Their prices recently went up but no change in service. I only go there because there is no other place to go for a quickish car was in the area. Shame...used to be better. read more

After my car went through their wash station and the guy brought it for the wiping/cleaning, the workers began the inside cleaning process. I was impressed by the dedication of the staff. They made sure all was clean inside, everything wiped down, trunk cleaned and spent almost 10 minutes on my car alone. The car came out spotless.
