We entered only to be immediately blown off by an older, stuck up blonde woman behind the counter. She was very unfriendly and treated us as if we were imposing on her. My husband was trying to give her an idea of what we were looking for and she continued to cut him off and insisted that he downloaded an app on his phone as we stood there so he could basically "educate himself" on tile and have a better idea rather than Amy helping us out or showing us examples. It was very uncomfortable for us and she basically cut him short and pushed us out the door telling us to pick out tile through the app. I drove in from Oconomowoc and it was a wasted trip. Im surprised she didn't point us over to a roll of linoleum! Im not sure who this Amy is but she must be a big fish in a small pond or what.. but apparently doesn't need our business!
