She reserved the piece for me for 2 days over the weekend, so I could bring my wife in to try. Such good customer service! I would absolutely buy my next watch/jewelry piece from them again!

First off, this shop charges less than big names such as Jared who informed me they would take a week and I would not receive my gold for the small resizing back so that 1 star comment is completely false, this shop charges below rate for high quality service. I was charged $70 with this shop while Jared tried to charge me $110. Second, to remove a star for political views hurts the business that this owner had put his blood and sweat into making. I am a rapper from California who is neutral and I base my reviews off work, not that pettiness. All in all, this shop is one of the best gems I've found in this small city since coming out here from LA three months ago with a highly professional owner and I would most definitely recommend it to my family and friends.

A manager later reached out, apologized, and asked me to remove the review in exchange for correcting the issue. Now, just a few months later (July 2026), I am experiencing the exact same problem. I called again and was met with the same dismissive attitude. When I requested to speak with the manager I had previously dealt with, she did not recall the situation--even after confirming she is the only manager at this location. I had to fully re-explain everything, including the original review and resolution. I was told that the longevity of rhodium plating varies from customer to customer. As someone with extensive professional experience in a detail-oriented industry, I take proper care of my jewelry--I remove my ring when cleaning and showering. There is no reasonable expectation that plating should deteriorate this quickly under normal use. This experience reflects a consistent lack of accountability, poor service, and questionable quality of workmanship. Based on repeated interactions, I cannot recommend this location to anyone who values their jewelry or expects professional, respectful service. If you'd like, I can make a slightly more aggressive version or a toned-down, more diplomatic version depending on how strong you want it to come across. Unfortunately, we found our way to Dawson's last after making our way from the north end of Old Town. It's not that the other jewelry stores aren't nice- they very much are- it's just that Gregg's shop has the most diverse selection with the most personality of any shop in town. We are drawn to vintage jewelry, and the selection at Dawson's is second to none in that regards. Prices are also incredibly reasonable; I left with my wife's diamond earrings having paid 1/3 the price that I was expecting/prepared to pay. Gregg was amazing. He went to graduate school for gemology, and it certainly shows. He was incredibly friendly and even played with our 7 month-old son, taking him behind the counter to look at himself in the mirror. You can tell that he's a family man who cares about his business. If you're in Fort Collins and are looking for unique, vintage jewelry, this shop is a MUST VISIT.

This review is for the pharmacy…read more I picked up a prescription yesterday. There's a note in my file about needing a certain generic for this drug because I don't react well to others. I had no reason not to trust that they gave me the right thing but when I got home, I discovered that it was the wrong generic and that this particular generic is one I've had a very bad reaction to (likely it's an additive since generics can vary the additives but not the main ingredients). The pharmacy was closed by the time I got home so I called this morning. I was told they won't take back the unopened package (it comes prepackaged, it's not something they manually count) and I'd have to get a new fill from my provider, which isn't going to happen because I get this medication from an online provider. And I'll have to eat the cost since I pay cash due to my insurance not covering the drug. I also do not have any for my dose tonight. I've been trying literally all day to get them to see reason. I was told by the pharmacy manager that it was on me since I didn't verify that the medication was right. How, exactly, am I supposed to do that when they immediately put it in a paper bag as fast as they can, and won't let you see or handle it, until you pay. I was told since I paid for it they won't do anything about it. The system is rigged to allow them to make mistakes and not fix them. It's disgusting and predatory that they won't do anything to fix it. Go anywhere else for your Rx needs. I'm going to be switching all of my family's medications somewhere else and tell every single person I know to do the same.
