There is a gentleman and I think his wife and then another older woman who does the tailoring. I bought a few items in, maybe 7 or 8 and was pleased with their work when I picked them up. The woman at front is a bit elderly and sometimes seems to be a little confused. I was surprised to see a gentleman come in and fill out his own slip but the next time I did the same and they just checked each item and wrote the price. Odd but I didn't mind because she seemed to need help. Pricing is excellent by the way. I wish I had could remember exact pricing but they are very reasonable. You definitely have to have patience at times. I went back once when my clothes were supposed to be ready but one of the skirts wasn't done. He told me and was apologetic and I said, fine, I'd return in a few days. When I picked my items up the skirt was beautifully done. It was a white wool skirt with a leather band and belt and he did just as great a job, as another higher priced "specialty" dry cleaner. I took a dress and jacket set that was a favorite of mine -that I hadn't worn in a while because of a stain that I thought couldn't come out. Well -I was very happy that they were able to make it like new! My daughter's little fancy dresses look like new also. I now feel confident taking my more expensive items because they've done a great job with what I've taken in so far. They've been in the area for years. I'm going to keep coming here. It's old school for sure and the location isn't great. There is a very small, awkward parking lot. don't expect some grand operation- they seem to be just hanging on, but if want your items nicely dry-cleaned at a very reasonable rate, want to support a small mom and pop operation, and like nice customer service you should give them a try.

The repair is functional, but it's definitely visible and not what I was hoping for given the cost. I was also told when I dropped everything off that I'd receive 25% off my entire order for leaving a review. When I came back, I was told the discount only applied to either the pants or the suit jacket, not the entire order as originally explained. Overall, I left disappointed and won't be returning.

Even though I didn't get a great vibe walking in I still opted…read moreto try this place out for their dry cleaning services based on the (now highly questionable) reviews I read. I had a fair amount of shirts (13) and a suit so I was totally getting that they needed 5 days to turn it around, albeit I had much faster service in some other places I used to go in the city. Anyway the price was fine and I left them to their own devices. When I picked up the shirts they were fine until I noticed on several of my shirts they actually stapled the tags onto the actual shirt labels. Seriously I've never seen anything like this in any of the other dry cleaners I went to. I've seen them staple around the label or button holes on the tag itself but never on the actual label of the shirt. That's either some serious brain dead shit or some serious careless shit. God awful practice. Anyway I'm never coming back. I should have listened to my own gut and noticed why there wasn't much of a rack of dry cleaning in there. I guess the folks in the area know better than to read old questionable reviews and opt to do their cleaning elsewhere.
