I'm handicapped and was having some pain and decided i didn't want to go into the store, and i waited for my mother to return. whoever this woman is, came outside, knocked on my window and stated "you can't park here." i was confused and she said, "it's private parking!" again, not feeling well and dealing with the impending death of my grandfather, i still didn't realize it was laundromat only so i stated multiple times that my mom was in the store. finally she barks out "it's for laundry only!" i got out of the car and she continued to tell me how i shouldn't be parked there. i told her i would move and to please leave me alone as she just stood there watching me have difficulty getting out of the passenger side and into the drivers side. i told her to go back to her laundry as i was moving the car and i didn't need an audience. she continued to mumble as i moved the car. yes, we were parked in the wrong place. i'm not denying that. what i am saying is that when someone tells you their mother is in the store and you are literally the only car in the lot, does it really matter? and when i finally put together what this woman was saying i did as she demanded. people make mistakes, can you be a decent person? sheesh. i took some nice shots of the front of the building to remember it's name; she took photos of me in the car as i was in front of the store waiting for my mother. i waved, i hope she likes them. i don't care if this woman is the owner, an employee, or what, but i will tell you i will never set foot inside this cramped, dirty spot and i hope no one else does either. a little decency goes a long way.

I am happy I found them and just let my parents know so that they start taking all their own dry clean only items here. (It also cuts down on the competition you may experience at the other large laundromat in town.) -had a non-urgent question about my laundry card, and Customer Service replied the next day and graciously gave me a credit remotely via web site chat. The cons: -The seats are awkwardly close together. -The Wednesday evening that I went, the attendant, though nice, spoke almost no English, so I couldn't get help for a question regarding the laundry card machine. -The biggest downside for me is the limited number of settings on the washers. You can't select combination of options that is not in the 8 common presets, such as heavy soil warm water, or normal cold wash. There's no option at all for an extra wash or extra rinse. I use all these settings pretty regularly. Anyway, it seems my laundry has come out decently clean as far as I can tell.

Good amount of seats while you wait for your laundry and they do have coin machines to exchange small and large bills. The lady there had no problem breaking $20 bill for me since I didn't bring quarters. They have 3 sizes of washers, with the largest load costing $4.75. I don't think I could fill it up without doing laundry for 2 months that size is huge. They have 2 large flat screen tv's which is nice, they had the NBA finals playing on both of them while my washer loads were going. Most of the customers here keep to themselves and I had no problems with securing 2 dryers for my loads on a busy night. They do offer same day laundry service by the pound (85 cents/Lb). I might try it out when I'm in a rush for something.

They literally washed this in water (no soap) then put it in the dryer for a very long time. There were burn holes all over my leggings. My toddler's blanket was burnt to a crisp.
