Mr. Yuji picked up the phone and was able to give me an estimate right away. Pricing was very competitive. He also had a next-day opening and I scheduled for him to come out and do the measurement. Without too many conversation, he immediately went to work on the measurements. He used all three measurement devices to confirm his numbers. Roller wheel tape, laser, and roll tape. After measuring the outside, he confirmed his measurement numbers from the inside. There were a few tricky locations and he measured multiple times and even took out a few sqf due to the curve wall. He said it would take 1-2 days. The next afternoon, he sent me a complete detailed report the number came out to within 100sqf of my own measurement, which I measured 6 times. I know his numbers are very accurate seeing how detailed he worked. Very happy with his service and will not hesitate to use his service again in the future when I need a appraisal report.

The first time we didn't bring my jade and other items, just chat with Mr. David and found out that he is a very knowledgeable and experienced master with Jade, diamond and other gemstones with so many years hands on experiences. So I made my decision to bring my jade, diamond and ruby to him the next visit. Mr. David is very professional and knowledgeable. He explains every item's details from the look to the test results from his professional examination equipment. Also showed us the similar item both in fake and real in his own collections to teach us the difference between the fake one and nature stone. For my real diamond, he counted the whole one and melees very carefully and gave the most precise appraise price, and also the current retail price.
