They were out the same day I spoke with them. After trouble shooting a very strange and difficult situation, the electrician found the problem. It was a loose wire in a junction box in the attic. The electrician was awesome! Friendly, knowledgeable, understanding, punctual and priced fairly. I've never needed an electrician until this week. I am grateful I found an awesome one! Yes I approved the work and pricing before…read morehand, but it was run through so quickly that I didn't realize what I was paying. $700 and change to install a waterproof connector in a wire? Took him about 30 minutes. I have since checked with two other electricians I know personally and they said that should have been $120 or so TOPS. Also, had to do a call back because the outside outlet boxes were installed with very sloppy use of silicone sealant. Yes, they did fix it on the callback, but they had to scrape the paint off the house around the fixture to remove all the slathered on sealant. This was in a very visible place right next to my front door. We did sign up for their one year subscription at $16 per month that is supposed to give us discounted services (15% off) but I suspect that any actual work will be much more than 15% over market before discount. Their technicians were friendly and professional, but I was hoping that for an over $2,000 bill the work would have at least been done correctly the first time and the charges would be reasonable. I really hate to give less than five star reviews but I'm giving them a three because they did tell me the pricing up front and I agreed to it, it was only afterwards when I read the actual receipt that I realized how much I was charged. Believe me, when they do my "free" whole house inspection and they make recommendations, I'm going to review them with a fine tooth comb and if necessary get additional quotes. I guess my trust factor isn't what it should be with this company when it comes to pricing.

We agreed on a great price and the work would be done by a certified electrician. What I wanted more than anything is a piece a mind, safety for my family because it is my primary residence and the work to be done professionally. I got that and more from Dave the owner and his team Dan and Octavio. they came on time, analyzed the job site, did as little damage as they can, repaired that damage and cleaned up the site at completion.
