Very professional and even for my very small project they took time to do it with the utmost care.

We couldn't be happier with our experience! Sydney and Austin took awesome care of us and went above and beyond to make our experience as easy as possible. We were looking for some live edge to be used for a floating shelf in our kitchen. Sydney worked with me over the phone to get an idea of what we were looking for and then picked out a great piece that met all our needs. She climbed up on the rack to take pictures for us before we made the drive out to ensure it was what we wanted! That kind of customer service doesn't exist anymore. We went out and looked around all the awesome stuff at their mill, finalized the dimensions we needed and paid for the piece. I came out a few days later once it was all milled with a template for our brackets and Austin and his coworker knocked it all out for me. They did an awesome job and I'm glad I had them do it, as I originally thought I'd just do it myself at the house. Once I got it home I test fit it and it was perfect after a little sanding. I had asked them to cut it a tad longer than I needed so I could get the perfect fit! With Sydney's advice, I sealed it up with some minwax and it really brought out the beauty of the wood. The pictures don't do it justice. My wife and I are as happy as could be with the outcome and the entire experience. We will definitely come back again when we're ready for more and I'd recommend them to anyone! read more

I asked for shipping out of town for a project. I had trouble accessing the payment page (on my end, not theirs), and the Berdoll folks set aside some wood I'd been looking at until I could call and give my credit card over the phone. They also sent multiple pictures so I could choose what I wanted, completed millwork for me, wrapped the wood for shipping such that it arrived in perfect condition, and included a hand-written note.
