Benz Works is the only place I trust with my cars. Sergio and his team are absolute perfectionists, and their attention to detail is unmatched. I had a hard time finding someone who could do exactly what I wanted with my cars, but they nailed it! perfect suspension work on my S-Classes and my new Rover, plus wheels. They truly do it all. Sergio, the owner, is amazing, super communicative, honest, and just a great guy to work with. If you're picky about your cars like I am, this is the only place to go. Trust me, you won't want to take your car anywhere else!

1st time here. Called in the morning in for an appointment, hoping to get in tomorrow and next couple days. My E350 was overdue for a Service B due to being mislead from MB Dealership Service Dept. Serge was not available, spoke with an associate named Paris. He gave me the price and was able to get me in within 30 minutes of my call. I have friends that service their AMG's here but didn't call them for referral. I wanted to get the full "new customer" experience. **Incident** as I parked, a Car Insurance Appraiser was in the car next to me. As I was getting out of my car, I hear a LOUD thud against my passenger side (WTF). That "careless" appraiser (I have other describable words instead) swung open his door full force and hit against my door. Keep in mind the appraiser is not a Benz Work employee. Lucky it didn't put any dent on my door and there was a scuff. The appraiser guy was acting as if he didn't do anything wrong, but apologized after I confronted him about the whole situation. Long story short, Paris said he would take a look at it and see if he could buff it out as a courtesy. While the appraiser took off asap. My car was serviced within 45 min as promised AND as a courtesy, Paris was able to get the scuff out from the door swing damage, looking like new. Overall, great experience and will definitely be coming back for future service and anything else needed for my car. They service all levels of Euro cars, Luxury cars, Benz etc...Paris was knowledgeable and professional from beginning to end. He even apologized the Insurance appraiser (which wasn't even linked to Benz Works). Highly recommended, high quality service, minus the outrageous Dealership prices!

The customer service was just as impressive. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and very detail-oriented. Arson took the time to explain the process, set clear expectations, and delivered exactly as promised. He booked me for the next morning and by the end of the day I was able to pick up my ride. He runs a clean cool looking shop. The prices were very reasonable and they did great work! I chose black because it matches the car better and looks more sleek I'd definitely recommend these guys - they do a lot more stuff so check them out.

From the initial messaging thru yelp about their services and pricing - not only were they responsive in responding back but almost mindful and giving you some grace when the scheduled time moves last minute. The materials they used, the workmanship, and the attention to the smallest detail is second-to-none that it's no wonder car people go to their shop for ppf/tint/detail work. Allen will work around your budget as well and understands the investment that a customer puts in to their vehicle. He treats you more than a customer - but rather a friend that you once had a few drinks with. I've always believed in the saying buy once, cry once.. but with Allen and his team, you get more than what you paid for and the results bring nothing but smiles knowing it was done meticulously. I had even started referring different friends to the business who also wanted to have work done on their cars. Sadly it didn't turn out this way, as I randomly got a text message on February 27, 2023 from his wife suddenly banning me from returning since apparently they had marital problems and decided to involve me in their personal lives. I was absolutely blindsided and quite frankly disappointed at how Alonso and the "co-owner" went about their issues. I wanted to let this go however since his team replaced my car's dash screen, CarPlay system, tinted my windows, the sound system has been absolute trash for taking calls. Callers say they either can't hear me or hear an intolerable echo that makes it hard to listen to what I'm saying. I have not been able to have clear calls ever since the work they did. So l was left with an unusable phone audio system in my Mercedes that required an added expense since I clearly am "not welcome" to fix the crap they did to my car in the first place.

I recently visited HB Auto Sound in Huntington Beach to purchase a backup camera and new stereo…read moresystem for my van. After discussing the project, I was required to leave a $100 deposit to order parts and was given a firm appointment for installation, with the promise that the work would be completed around 1 PM today. I dropped off my vehicle promptly at opening (9 AM) and returned at noon to check progress--only to learn that no work had even started on my van. With less than an hour left until the promised completion time, it was obvious the job couldn't possibly be finished as agreed. I politely explained that I needed to cancel and requested a full refund of my deposit, as they had not honored their end of the commitment. Instead, I was offered only $40 back, with the explanation that they had already ordered parts and that delays were due to other jobs running long--not their fault, according to them. I took the partial refund and left, but this left a very bad taste. If I had simply changed my mind without any issues on their side, I would understand them retaining some or all of the deposit to cover ordered parts or opportunity cost. However, they failed to deliver on the clear timeline they provided and never communicated any potential delay ahead of time, despite me checking in. Holding $60 of my money after breaking their own promised completion time feels unfair and unprofessional. Customer service should include basic communication about realistic timelines--especially when a deposit is taken and an appointment is scheduled. I expected better accountability from a business that advertises customer satisfaction as a priority. Unfortunately, this experience has made me unwilling to recommend HB Auto Sound. If you're considering them for audio or camera installs, be prepared for possible delays and inflexible policies on deposits/refunds. There are other shops in the area that may value clear communication and customer time more highly. 1 star - would not return.

It's conveniently super closer to where I live and the rating made me choose this place. I inquired on pricing on installing an exhaust piece and an oil change through Yelp and the business replied very quickly. Not long after I received my quote for the service and was pleased with the pricing. I made the appointment and I happened to drop it off a day prior since I ended up having free time. Later in the evening I received a text notification that the car was ready! I was surprised at how fast everything was completed. An awesome thing about the shop is they even have after hours pickup. There's a lock box outside where your keys will be kept in and you'll receive a combination for the specified box. The inside of the building is super clean and the waiting area is spacious, with couches and a bar style sitting area. Service was excellent. Josh was my point of contact in the beginning and Nick was the person who collected payment and provided me with the keys. I highly recommend this place for your automotive needs!

However, I followed up a couple weeks later asking if a certain date worked. I even explained that I had been busy and said the only time I'd have to bring in the car would be the following week. I paid $450 for this wrap and an extra $100 for the wrap itself. When the first job was done poorly, I went back to the shop to address the issues and they said they would fix it. I texted on a Tuesday expecting a response, and I waited until Sunday to follow up again. Instead of Lisa taking accountability, she told me I "did not reach out," which is extremely unprofessional and untrue. I had apologized for being busy, and I did reach out; she just did not respond. When I reminded her the job was poorly done and how there had been no response, she took zero accountability and tried to use my words against me. Lisa ignored my response when I explained how the situation should have been handled and how she failed to reply in a professional manner. As the customer, I should not have to teach someone how to treat me correctly or how to run a shop professionally. I wasn't trying to start problems; I stated the truth about the situation, but she did not like that. I went back because I had already paid and just wanted the work corrected. I dropped my car off again on Monday around 11:30am. The shop texted me claiming the wrap "wouldn't adhere," which I knew was an excuse. I told them to proceed because the material was fine, and if they couldn't install it, that was their shop's error. The rest of my car's wrap was perfectly fine. To double-check, I contacted the previous shop, who confirmed this shop was making excuses, saying, "The wrap sticks just fine. It sticks on the rest of your car fine. They're talking nonsense." I knew they no longer wanted to service me, and I no longer wanted their service either. I paid a good amount of money for this treatment. I made sure the job would get done. The shop told me the job would be done by Wednesday late afternoon. This was the second time they confirmed a deadline and failed to meet it. I made it clear from the start that I have a busy schedule and cannot afford delays, yet they did not respect that. Removing and rewrapping a front bumper is a 1-2 day job, it is not like I was asking to wrap half the car. I set a boundary that if it was not ready by 5pm Wednesday, as they confirmed, I would request a refund. My whole car was wrapped, had parts added, brakes caliper color change, and badges blacked out in about a week. I took it to another shop before taking it here. (Dependable Guys in Santa Ana) I am not a professional, but I am not stupid. There were no photo updates either, I had to ask for them. When they finally sent a picture, the wrap looked freshly slapped on two days after I dropped the car off. The day I dropped it off, they said the wrap did not adhere. It looked like my car sat there for two days until I asked for the photo, or it took them two days to remove a month old wrap and throw on one big piece lol.. My car is a small sedan, a CLA, not a supercar or SUV. Her words were: "Ok we will remove all the wrap and give you your money back. Come and pick it up today." She added, "You are demanding the refund so come get it. We cannot accommodate the time frame for you. Thank you we will be gone by 5 so please make it in time so we can process the refund." However, Mark (the installer) had reached out to me and told me him and his co worker would come into work early to finish the job. This was the second time they broke their own deadline, and instead of taking accountability, she tried to flip it back on me. Lisa took everything personally when this situation should have been handled with professionalism. I never asked them to remove my wrap; I just wanted the job done properly. The installer Mark was professional, but Lisa was disrespectful, dismissive, and extremely immature in how she handled the situation. I told them to leave the wrap and keep the money. This was their mistake, which took up the free time I rarely have. Even after I explained my situation, reminded them of prior mistakes, and was patient with the delays, they still couldn't get the job done on time. I didn't want or need the money back; I needed my car back lol. It was clear they didn't take me seriously, and I was forced to escalate this further, which she didn't like either. This was waste of time and caused unnecessary stress. I was frustrated because I had to deal with unprofessional and immature behavior. All I got were excuses, missed deadlines, and poor communication. This business does not stand on its word or its service. Don't bring your car here. Many shops in OC offer far better service and professionalism. I recommend Dependable Guys in Santa Ana! It turns out the wrap sticks just fine and clearly they were making excuses... 3 weeks no issues.
