They offer a very wide menu of offerings including sushi, bimbimbap, bentos, ramen and other offerings. There are a lot of vegetarian and vegan options. My spouse ordered the tofu bento and I had a chriashi. Our food was ready for pick up in around 30 minutes. The restaurant was very busy. The seating is a little tight for those with accessibility issues. I didn't check out the bathrooms. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Our food was great; Everything was fresh and flavourful. My spouse is very picky and devoured his food, which to me, is a big deal. We'll be returning.

By far my absolute FAVOURITE sushi place in Kingston! Not to sound like a bit of a sushi snob, but…read morewith all of the amazing sushi places in Vancouver, my bar for sushi places has been set pretty high, and Kame definitely doesn't disappoint! I've tried a variety of different options on the menu - from lunch boxes to specialty rolls and even desserts (this is where my green tea mochi obsession started!), and I have never been disappointed! My absolute favourite thing is the Plant Power poke bowl, it's so filling and I crave it every other day. The service is also always friendly and quick which is much appreciated. The restaurant itself is rather small and the tables are very close together (a little too close for my liking), and if you are ordering takeout you could be waiting on the phone line for a little while. These two things would normally make me take off one star, but I love the food and service here so much that it still deserves 5 stars in my eyes!

The place has lots of seats inside, we did make a reservation an hour ahead because of our big party. They accommodated us right away, service is also great, two waitresses attended to us and they were polite & funny. Food was really good but other members of my family didn't really enjoy theirs, the salmon was okay and the sauce for the lobster & shrimp pasta was kind of bland. I got the garlic shrimp linguine and loved it. Flavour was great, I always order it. I would come here again if I'm in town. Rating: 3.8/5

Never been to a Red Lobster before but kind of know what to expect from a large chain restaurant…read more Everything was pretty much standard I feel. Atmosphere is spacious, cabin-like and comfortable. Staff do the standard vaccination check and contact tracing procedures before being seated. Service is really good as I'd expect and our server was constantly checking in on us throughout the meal which was solid. Came here for the Endless Shrimp promotion going on for $23.99 on Monday-Thursday and goes up to $29.99 Friday-Sunday. For 23.99 I think the price is pretty good for what you get. There's 5 varieties of shrimp on offer here but the highlights for me were the crispy thai and the grilled skewer. Don't recall how many orders I did but they definitely do not make you wait for ordering more shrimp. Our server kept coming back asking what our next shrimp order was going to be. The shrimp isn't anything amazing but it's just pretty good overall. You only get 1 side for all of this which is a bit disappointing as I stopped ordering more shrimp because I was getting a tad bored of just stuffing my face with shrimp and nothing else lol. Not sure about any of their other offerings but endless shrimp promotion is actually not a bad value play and does the job.

Finally, a sushi joint in Gan - AND IT'S FANTASTIC!…read more I'm so glad Sushi Chef Shin and her husband came to Gananoque. They were originally located in Manotick and were voted "CTV Ottawa's Best Sushi" and with good reason. The building used to be the old "Dirty Bird" aka KFC in town but you would never know. They renovated it so the layout and decor look lovely inside. It's clean and service is always very quick. They are very welcoming and courteous. The tables are well spaced out, so as much as I love to see what others are eating, it creates a more private/intimate experience. Now, back to the food. It is more expensive then the average but the ingredients are always fresh and expertly put together. For the take out pictures, I ordered the tofu salad ($11) and spider roll ($15). I've had numerous other rolls from their menu and they're always tasty, fresh and well made. Tofu salad - Sliced soft tofu on a bed of spring greens. Topped with sesame seeds and drizzled with a sesame dressing. The fukujinzuke (type of Japanese pickle) is a nice touch too. Spider roll - Soft shell crab, cucumber and crab meat. Tempura crumbs on the outside adds a nice texture to each bite. I also like how they put in the effort for a cute garnish - even for take out. A gari (pickled ginger) rose and a carrot and radish flower. Chef Shin truly is an expert. Worth the money if you're in town and need to get your sushi fix! You can tell they care a lot about the quality of food and the service they give their customers. They're also both very sweet and wonderful to talk to. I definitely recommend people to check it out!
