This place had a larger selection of Travelon (anti theft) bags than any of the stores in Vancouver, and at a better price, however they do not carry Pacsafe. I was helped by a really great young Asian guy (with glasses I think) who was friendly, professional, and very helpful. Definitely don't waste your time in the travel/luggage stores on Robson - if you can travel to Metrotown come here instead!!

I was in the need of a back pack, something cheap to carry to and from work. This was the only store in the mall that had backpacks in different price ranges, something to just tie me over until the end of the month during my walk to and from work. They had a 2 for 1 sale, therefore, bought two decent back packs for $10. These aren't high quality. I will expect these to break down by the end of the month. But I did pay for what I get. The lady at the til was pleasant and helpful.

These are the weekend style in the limited edition colorway "Songbird/Gravitate." I normally wear a…read moresize 6 but these run big and only come in full sizes so I ordered a size 5, and they actually fit me perfectly, so I would just size down in these. If you're a half size still size down. They generally recommend on these shoes to get your regular size if you're a whole number size and if you're a half size to size down, but I actually think even if you're a whole number size you should size down unless you want a little extra space in your shoe - mine fit snugly like a sock, though my toe is almost right at the end of the shoe (which I like) but if you don't then you'll want your normal size. These are also a slightly more neutral color than what they appear on the website which I like. They looked more of a mauve color on the website and I wasn't sure if I'd like that but I love how they look in person! My only complaint about the shoes themselves is that they do cut up the back of my ankle a bit where the pull tab is sewn on (which is a problem I have with the other pair of Vessi's I have as well so I think it's just a design flaw or maybe the way my foot is shaped, who knows) so I'll have to wear hydrocolloid blister patches on the back of my ankles when I wear them to prevent the friction from cutting up my ankles, but that usually does a great job and they stay on super well. This particular style doesn't cut up my ankles as bad as the other ones I have though and they're more comfortable to walk in all day, so they have that going for them. I actually originally ordered the Weekends in a different limited edition colorway, "Seine," but while the box said that it was a size 5, unfortunately the shoes inside were a size 7, so I had to return them, but I wasn't going to be able to get the same colorway because they were sold out in size 5, and being limited edition they weren't going to come back, so I ended up getting a different colorway but I left a disappointed review about the size mix up, and a couple days later I got an e-mail from Vessi's Customer Support team about my review - they first apologized for the mistake and the fact that limited edition shoes don't come back in stock, and then (and this blew me away) they offered to send me any of their current products on their website for free. I was so shocked because I wasn't expecting that at all. At most I expected them to apologize but I didn't expect to receive a free product of my choice! Vessi really cares about their customers and it really shows. I'm so glad that I purchased from this company. I ended up choosing the Chelsea Uptown boot in the color Black, but I haven't gotten it yet (they're still getting it ready currently - this was a couple days ago that I asked for that style). Shipping is 4-10 business days I believe. Honestly the first time I got shoes from Vessi they came in 3 days. These next ones came in 4 days, so they're generally pretty fast with shipping. I'm glad I could get a pair before I go on a vacation to Italy (which I expect to be rainy and perfect for Vessi's).

I appreciate this store's efficient customer service…read more My experience at this Vessi store started with a lineup outside as it was very busy during the weekend. And I was pleasantly surprised that all their staff remained helpful from lineup to paying at the cashier. On average, each customer is likely trying on at least 2 to 3 different shoe models and/or sizes, and the Vessi staff managed to service everyone quickly, bringing out one or more shoe boxes at once, while maintaining a courteous manner. Prior to Vessi, I was shopping at a different shoe store in Metrotown with no lineup; yet it is very noticeable how that store didn't match Vessi in staff's service quality. It's nice that Vessi has a physical store to try on their different style and see how the shoe fits. For me, in store shoe shopping beats online shopping with instant satisfaction and a certainty that the shoe fits perfectly well.
