Ripped me off. Brought my car in to have the A/C diagnosed. They told me it would only be $150 to…read morediagnose, I did not agree to them doing any work on it without speaking to me first. They called me later that day to say they went ahead and fixed it by just refilling the freon that was empty and it would be $600. I picked it up and the A/C was blowing cold so I was like whatever, it works. 1-2 weeks later it stops working. They told me to bring it back in. Then they give me this whole story about how they put dye in the lines and can see its leaking massively from multiple areas and would be at least $1600 to fix. I asked what the diagnostic charge was for if they never diagnosed it, just filled it up? They just talked in circles and claimed they didnt have to dye at the time and couldn't have known it was leaking blah blah blah. Total BS. The first thing they would do is check the pressure of the hoses before filling with freon and that would show immediately that it was leaking and not going to hold the freon. They filled it anyway so they could charge me more money since I already told them I would not be spending big bucks to fix this car.
