My Toyota RAV4 had been in a minor collision and there assurance that they would follow Toyota procedure made me confident I would get a quality repair completed. I've been to this place twice in the last few years, once because some thugs broke my back window in my van and once with a fender bender. Both times, the work has been good and mostly within the time they quoted.. Not the cheapest place, but we went through insurance both times. I needed my driver's window replaced, after vandalism. The staff were kind, courteous and efficient. The price was fair (not an insurance claim) and results perfect. My experience with this franchise repair shop was also substandard. While I was satisfied with the repair job done on my vehicle, the care and concern they had for my vehicle while under their supervision was inappropriate to say the least. I had some scratches on the bumper and a dislodged sensor, which was assessed and fixed within 24 hours (bumper removed, sensor reconnected, bumper polished and reattached). This is the third time we have used CSN, and I have never had any issues with their excellent team. The were polite and accommodating, and less than half the price of other quotes I had in Kingston. At this point, I would go no where else to get service done. If the damage is significant, it can take a while to get it booked in (as was the case with my Pilot), but the end result was "Like New". read more

I had an amazing experience with CSN. They were able to assist me with my claim and into my rental in less than hour. Their staff were very friendly, answered all my questions and even went the extra mile to rearrange appointments to ensure I got my car back in time before I left for vacation AS WELL AS stayed open 30 mins past closing time on the day that I was to pick it up because I was running late( Thank you Amanda). My car looked brand new and my husband said that he was impressed with the job considering the damage that was done to the front end of my car...I was even more impressed when I went to got in the car and noticed that it had been cleaned and vacuumed something that I was not expecting and totally appreciated :) read more

I had a minor accident that needed some work. They asked me over the phone if I was going through my insurance. I said I was not. I made arrangements to drop by the next morning. The gentleman came outside to inspect my car. I had a major rust area by the rear wheel well, and needed paint work. He explained exactly how they were going to fix the rust area and where the paint would cover. He took several pictures and the paint code. He said he would email me a quote that afternoon, or the next morning. I received an email the next morning and he said that they were going to "pass" on giving me an estimate. He continued to say that the job was mainly a rust fix, and that they "don't do rust" work, and said they refer the rust jobs to a body shop in town. And that was that. I emailed him back and said that I found this very odd, because he told me EXACTLY how they would repair the rust and if they didn't do rust fixes, why didn't he just tell me that right at the start? He never replied back to my email. I feel that because this wasn't a huge job, and that I was not going through my insurance, they felt it wasn't worth their while. That's my feeling and should I ever require body work that doesn't involve rust, i would never return to this company, and I've instructed the other party in my accident to avoid them as well. read more
