Beware, they steal your authentic iphone battery and replace it with a fake one. I wanted my back fixed to my iphone, they fixed it. I few months later my phone started saying the battery is dying. I was barely able to back it up and keep some stuff on it before it died. I told my cell phone provider what happened and they looked at it, they said they took my iphone battery and replaced it with a cheap one. Never again. Crooks! read more

DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE!! I swear I wish I could give this place zero stars, they put on charm and smiles when you first come in to get you to feel like you can trust them then they mess your phone up I'm talking charged my girlfriend $200 to fix the front and back glass of her phone and then denied any accountability on the shit they broke on the phone not to mention when tried "fixing it" when I brought it back in put the wrong screen on !!!!!! How do you put the wrong screen on a phone !!!!!! At the end of the day I was told we are not responsible for anything that is wrong with your phone after the screens because it's not under warranty, like are you crazy came in with a perfect working phone except the phone screens left with a broken flash light, terrible phone screen quality, and my touch screen and facial recognition malfunctioning I'm so mad if you don't want to be robbed blind don't come here read more

very unprofessional place, wasted my time for weeks gave me the run around and different prices forgetting who they had already talked to, owner is very rude warranty doesn't cover if they mess up your phone. had to get my phone fixed after a new screen repair from another shop the screws were on wrong my phone was burning up smelling like smoke and battery was being drained after 4hrs of of no use. its one thing to be cheap but handing back phones worse before they came in and not trying to accommodate their errors is another thing. they could've worked something out with me but instead chose to act unprofessiona. read more

Wish I could give 0 stars. SCAM!!! Do not go here. Sold my son a $600 iPhone 14 that we found out 2 months later was locked. Left my son stranded because he had no phone. Tried to give me a 13 in place that could happen again. Go to a legit place & buy your phone. I found it it's only a little bit more for a new not scammed out phone. asked about getting a battery changed in my iPad, they broke into it, left marks where they did so and made it so I could no longer use finger print ID. they also scribbled on my receipt since my son picked it up for me. i went to Apple--where I should have gone first--where they told me about the battery not being replaceable and the evidence that they broke into it, etc. I went back to them and told them this and they lied and talked over me, raising their voices. they ignored the Better Business Bureau and The Office of the illinois Secretary of State who advised them to return my money. Both advised me to go to Small Claims Court. read more

Too expensive for low quality parts. I had my screen replaced which they did in 20 min but the colors aren't great since they used a cheap lcd. They charged more than other places who use oled. I complained they didn't say beforehand so they took off taxes. Good in a pinch but I'd go elsewhere if you have time. read more

This was one of the most unprofessional, suspicious, and upsetting experiences I've ever had with any business. I called earlier in the week to ask about repairing a Samsung S25 regular screen. I was quoted $210 flat, and I confirmed this twice over the phone. I was told to come in on Saturday and that walk-ins were fine. When I arrived, they told me they had ordered the S25 Ultra part -- which is not what I requested. The employee then called the person I originally spoke to, and that person insisted I asked for the Ultra. I had very clearly said regular, even double-checking with my husband at the time. They told me they would order the correct part and to come back Tuesday. The person on the phone said they would "take a little off" for the inconvenience. I asked if I needed to sign anything for the deposit and was told no. In the store, the employee refused to honor the discount the phone rep promised. When I asked how much deposit they wanted, he said "any amount." I put down $100 cash. He even questioned whether the bill was counterfeit. I stepped outside to call my husband because the situation felt extremely off. When I went back in and simply asked for a receipt showing my $100 deposit, the employee told me it would cost a 20% surcharge -- $20 -- just to get a receipt. I have never in my life heard of being charged money to receive proof of a deposit. My husband told me to get my money back and leave. I asked for my $100 returned, and luckily they handed it back without further argument. I left immediately and blocked their number. The entire interaction felt extremely fishy, inconsistent, and untrustworthy from start to finish. I genuinely do not understand how this business has a 4.9 rating. My experience was the complete opposite of professional or honest. This felt deceptive at every turn, from misquoting repairs to refusing receipts to contradicting each other's promises. My advice: avoid this place entirely. Based on my experience, I would not trust them with repairs, deposits, or my personal devices.

So, my daughter (who will be referred to as butterfingers to keep her identity private) dropped her iPhone 7 down a flight of steps. The screen did not crack (thank goodness she just had it replaced a month ago) but it went black. We tried a few YouTube fixes to no avail. We found this place on Yelp so we gave it a try. We arrived about 15 minutes before closing and the gentleman said he could take a look at the phone. He cracked it open and said It needed a new screen and wires. I dropped my s3 while at Vegas for the weekend, and I was worried because I knew fixing cracked screens could be pricey. Worst service I've ever experienced in my life! I got my phone fixed, then had to get it fixed again under warranty, then when I came to get it fixed a 3rd time (since it STILL hadn't been properly fixed), this store had me wait over two days, once for multiple hours within the same day. Not only that, they were rude and unhelpful. This has costed me thousands of dollars of business and my phone is much worse than when I first went to get it fixed. Awful service! Expensive!
