While we were there for 40 minutes or so, I witnessed 2 other women getting fitted with equally experienced and excellent salespeople. So normally, I shop online, but 5.11 has opened retail locations antionwide. On this recent trip I needed a light jacket since I did not realize the weather was going to be a bit too cool for my Florida blood. I happened to run across this location on my travels and decided to make a quick stop. Store layout is like most with everything sorted by type of product and gender so it made it easy for me to find what I was looking for. Since it isn't fall or winter yet the selection was a little lighter, but that was to be expected. Found what I wanted within 10 minutes, was able to test fit the jacket and was happy with it. The only thing I have to ding the retail store for is that they do not accept or honor online coupons or deals, which is not consumer friendly. If I wasn't prepped for time I would have purchased this online. Either way, I was happy with the experience. As a side note, if you need a potty break, no public restrooms here! But if you are in need of some tactical style gear or just something comfrotable that will last, this is a great place to shop.

With Covid-19, we weren't allowed to have measurement/ordering time at the school so I personally had measure myself and order my own lab coat/scrubs/patches etc. They were very open to me coming to the store to pick up my uniforms instead of me having to pay the shipping charges. The woman on the phone was very thorough and helpful. She made the transaction seamless (I wish I got her name). All my items were ready for pick up within 7 business days. Very impressed. I called to say I'd pick up within the hour of them letting me know they were available for pick up and they accommodated to that. I knocked on the door when I arrived and she double checked everything was correct in the bag and off I went! I can't express enough at how impressed I am with their customer service. NH Hospital in the Cardiac dept,, she today broke her Stethoscope. Melissa really extended herself and it goes with notice and I had to tell. Melissa was able to help in expedite in paying over the phone and was able to pass the scope out in the street as my wife was taking her lunch to pick it up. They genuinely care and the sense of urgency is BIG with these guys. Melissa was even able to stay on the phone and help with directions and met my wife in the street (my wife was in her car) to pass off so she can get back to saving lives and doing her job. After a quick search online, I realized this store is right in Watertown Square and I have passed it countless times... until yesterday! They are SO NICE: I was greeted by a man and woman when I entered, I said I had looked online to see what they had and wrote down the stock numbers of those I was interested in. You would have thought I was purchasing 1000 items by how helpful they were because they both jumped on it: he checked their computer, she went through the rack looking at each stock number. I found what I was looking for (only $23, but I still received the Rock Star treatment) and thanked them for their help with my small (but important) purchase. I love nice people at a great little business, and they have been here for 23 or 24 years. If you need uniforms, go in and see them (and from what the other reviews say, they will order what you need if they don't have it)!

The woman working (I'm assuming she's the owner, as well) is extremely friendly and helpful. She gives honest opinions on the fit of scrubs and is super knowledgeable on the brands she sells. During Covid, she has also been selling a wide variety of masks (both fashionable AND comfortable!).
