The flavor was incredible, with the perfect balance of smoky richness and a subtle sweetness that made every bite unforgettable. What really made the evening special was our server, Mark. He was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of our questions about the menu. His positive attitude and genuine hospitality made the entire experience even more enjoyable. If you get Mark as your server, you're lucky and guaranteed to have an excellent dining experience. To top it all off, we ordered the Chiro Bowl for dessert, and because it was my birthday, they surprised me by putting it on the house. It was such a thoughtful gesture and a perfect ending to an amazing meal. Prices still had the post Covid inflationary bump, but we are getting used to that. If as scrumptious as anticipated, the small increase in coin will be quickly forgotten. But that is tempered with more experience and hopefully empathy. I stand by my original words, even though I cringe when re-reading them. When I'm in this farmers market there are several businesses I like to patronize. I don't always need to buy things here, but every time I do I'm happy with the quality and price. On my recent visit I was getting something elsewhere here for an uncle, and then I had a sudden flash of insight.... I'd see if they had any chicken pot pies in stock. They did and I selected the larger one, and a Lancaster brand that I knew I liked. I also got their homemade red bliss potato salad. I liked it a lot and will have to try other salads. The pie was great as always, and a pretty good deal at $9. Other customers were buying the amazing thick cut bacon or other pristine pieces of meat. Along with a few other Lancaster imported items, this shop still carries the local honey from a stall they've expanded into. I was happy to find that credit cards are accepted and I believe there is no additional fee. This butcher shop is a pillar of this market and not one to be overlooked.
