The menu is small but efficient when wanting a breakfast burrito. You pick your meat and sauce. It takes 30 seconds for them to make your burrito then you are on your way. The burrito itself was delicious. I got the steak burrito with medium sauce. Meat was tender and the sauce had the perfect amount of kick. Great value for the money. No extra thrills. Just a quick, easy and tasty breakfast burrito. Will definitely get again next time I am in the area.

The chicken was tasteless and barely edible. The beef, if you call it that, was the grossest beef I've ever tasted. It was so tough, had zero flavor, and tasted boiled. It was completely inedible. When I hit our servers information and told him it was really bad, he challenged me. I told him it was disgusting and inedible and he took it off the bill. Avoid at all costs. By far the worst restaurant in Colorado.

I was in Longmont for the home and garden show and I was hungry so this was my opportunity to give Rosa's Cantina a try. They were very busy but I was greeted and seated promptly. The place is nice and they have a lot of seating and a patio but too cold that day for outdoor dining. I ordered the Burrito Tijuana which looked to be a good choice based on the menu description. The burrito was very good with a generous portion of steak. The chili smothering the buritto was flavorful but not very spicy. I wish they provided a little more pico salsa on the side, there was probably a teaspoon of pico. I enjoyed the buritto, it was sizeable, flavorful but not spicy enough for my taste buds. The server was good, she was attentive and pleasant. The place was clean, prices were reasonable, service was good as well as the food. Would I go back ? I might go back if the planets align but I wouldn't make a special trip. My only real letdowns were the shortage of pico and they don't offer free chips and salsa. I've come to expect and appreciate Mexican restaurants who still offer free chips and salsa.
