I brought my chainsaw in for them to fix it. I kept going into the store to check on the status…read moreand never received a clean answer when it would be completed. Steve, the owner apologized at first and told me it was unacceptable. He indicated that he would call to let me know timeframe and cost. He never did. He told me the parts were ordered and be patient. I waited over 4 months and finally told him I wanted my chainsaw back. He put the saw in a cardboard box and charged me $311.90 to "take it apart and diagnose it". When I arrived to the shop, he refused to let me use the credit card machine and said cash only (I purchased items there in the past using my credit card). He was just trying to be rude about it and making it difficult for me. Bottom line. DO NOT support this business!! It is currently up for sale/lease/rent and does not seem to be in a good place financially. Jim is completely rude and does not value his customers. I will never use this business again

My boyfriend and I came to Green River Powersports looking for a CRF150R for me. When we arrived…read moreand my boyfriend explained what we were looking for and that it would be my first bike, the two employees there were openly rude, rolling their eyes and muttering under their breath about how they thought it was too much power for me to handle and that I wouldn't be able to figure out the kick start. Granted, I am 5'2" and 108 lbs so I can understand their concern, but their attitude was very off-putting. If they had advised me in a courteous and professional manner I certainly would not have minded, but I don't appreciate being treated like I am incompetent by complete strangers, especially when I am looking to do business with them. What is more, their pricing is not competitive. I purchased the exact bike I wanted elsewhere for $800 less and couldn't be happier with it.

If for some crazy reason you are thinking of doing business with Mario Marriotti and Middlessex…read morePowersports you best do your research (including calling the Chemlsford Police Dept.) and prepare to be ripped off. My experience with Middlesex Power Sports / Old Outboard Marina or what ever else Mario is calling himself now, was exactly the same as other reviews you will find on the web if not worse. Mario had my boat for no less than...wait for it...4 1/2 years (not months, years). During which time I stopped in many many times to check on its status. I had to stop in as Mario does not take or return calls. In fact most of the time you can't even leave a message as his message are full. Twice when I visited I found he had been evicted from his place and the boat along with most everything else was gone. Tracking him down to his new location was both time consuming and as anxiety packed as you can imagine. At one point he did have it finished (although not tested) and was delivering it too me only to have the back engine cover fly off on rt 495. Mario did not lock the cover down and it was caught by the wind and flew off. This was a truly rookie mistake that could have easily killed someone. This is a much longer story than I have time to write here but after all the pain, anguish and time, Mario ended stiffing me for $200....sigh. DO NOT LEAVE YOUR BOAT HERE AND ABSOLUTELY DO NOT PAY ANYTHING UP FRONT!

I wanted to trust Mario, but sadly he can best be described as a scam…read more He wanted 1/2 up front, fortunately I only gave him 1/4, because 6 months later I still have no engine back on my boat. He is great at providing excuses and stories of crazy circumstances. He will tell you that all the bad reviews are just crazy "liberal" customers that had unrealistic expectations. I read the other reviews and figured I'd give him a shot. Bad call. Don't make the same mistake.

Surprised about good sevice after seeing other reviews. As a high miler I need a tire and could not…read morewait for the long waits at other shops (weeks). Shop had tire and appointment set in three days. Service rep was polite and proved knowledgeable when asked about future service requirements. Bike was in and out of shop within 45 minutes. Price (hour clock) of service was less than expected. I would have given them 5 stars except the tire was priced almost 80 dollars over what Revzilla quoted me. Woman on phone idicated that if I brought in my own tire the install cost would be more then my savings. Typical dealer BS. 24 Goldwing tour / Dunlop elilte 4

0/10 don't recommend buying from them, which is a shame because I want another bike looking into…read morebuying a 636. Bike came missing fairing bolts front tire wobbles when going over 65. I drove an hour to just get the fairing bolts to be told they close down for lunch, I would have to wait an hour...(never disclosed, argued said I hung up on him. I never did, socially awkward waited for him to have a response before I hung up to make sure they had time to see the bike just for the missing parts) When I asked to schedule an appointment to check the front tire (honestly seems like it just needs to be balanced) told him I couldn't drop the bike off I would have to make an appointment I live an hour away the man said no and walked away from his desk and away from me. Awful service awful treatment ABSOLUTELY EMBARRASSING TO THE POINT I WENT TO A DIFFERENT DEALER THAT WASNT EVEN A KAWASAKI DEALER TO GET THE PARTS MY BIKE WAS MISSING. I could understand if the bike was older and needed parts but the bike had 5 miles when I bought it 4 weeks ago...
