He came on time, worked his magic, and left us with like-new deep-cleaned carpets! The only (minor) complaint is that he said the carpets would be dry in about 6 hours -- it's been about 24 hours now, and some parts of the carpets are still a little damp. But so clean! Sam was so kind and hardworking... and probably the most pleasant type of stranger you can have in your home.
