I did not give the consent or agree to any service. Once I arrived at the house, the techs already were servicing the AC unit adding refrigerant which according to them was the only thing it needed. No mention of leaks or anything else. I thought the service was covered under warranty; However, no one explained anything to me. We are in the middle of a heat wave. I have a child and care for my elderly mother who is injured. I don't have time for this mess. Once the techs finished, that's when they told me that I had no warranty and that the price is $250 then it changed to $350 then it changed to $600. At that point, I felt like mislead, confused and rightfully upset. I spoke to the person in charge Joe who kept asking what do I want him to do? As if there's nothing he can do and now I'm obligated to pay the $600. He then came up with the brilliant idea to drain the refrigerant, way to care for your customers.. The techs left the house while I was in the middle of speaking with Joe. Which left me even more confused. Oxford Energy then trespassed my property on a different day while I was not home and drained the refrigerant out in the middle of a heat wave most likely causing more damage to the unit and NO ONE wants to take accountability.Bad business practice..downright criminal, immoral, unethical and disgusting.

I spent time with the owner and we agreed I would follow up via phone or email with the base and accessories I wanted. Unfortunately, after calling three times (each time he was unavailable) and emailing with no response, I decided to return in person the following week. The owner wasn't there, and the employee present seemed more interested in closing up for the day than helping me complete the order. He gave multiple excuses for why he couldn't help.
