Terrible experience. It's now 6:50p so I think it's fair to say that Benjamin no showed for our 4p reservation. Everything was confirmed via text. He texted me 11a today asking if the guys could come earlier because their previous move was complete . This was 5 hours earlier than our agreed upon time so I declined. This was the last I heard from him. 4p has come and gone. I've called and left multiples voicemails with no response. I will now have to delay my move due to their lack of responsibility and professional courtesy.

Worst and unreliable moving company. They cancelled on me last minute in a text messages, after I had confirmed the appointment a day prior. Also, on the day of my move out I hd called them several times without any responses. This is absolutely horrific. I am beyond stressed and anxious dealing with this mess. I took the time to meticulously plan and schedule the move-out and move-in elevators at both properties, and now, because of their incompetence, everything is ruined and I'm forced to miss yet another day of work. This is completely unacceptable.

    Torn up love seat corner

EDIT: USE A DIFFERENT MOVER I contracted these guys to move a few tables and couches. They did not place any sort of blankets to protect any of my items upon moving them. During the move I noticed the main couch was torn on the bottom. It was not like this upon pickup. When I sent the owner pictures, he let the movers know, and the mover made every excuse to say he did not damage the couch. I was still charged the full amount. Fine things happen. Shortly afterwards I notice that the hardwood dining room table has a bunch of holes punched into the side. They clearly banged it against something multiple times. I sent the owner pictures and expressed my disappointment. The mover then sent me a voice message making every other excuse on the planet to try and not take blame for the damage he caused to my table. The final straw was when I started cleaning the smaller couch. I noticed it was completely scuffed on the corners and torn near the leg. This is unacceptable. I do not even get an apology or contact from the owner. Just spam calls from the mover who damaged the items and won't take responsibility. I'd say spend the extra dollar and get a different mover. EDIT: I cannot reply to the owner, but I have pictures of the couches as well. They have a few cat scratches and the CUSHIONS are worn. I have a full set of upholstery for all the cushions to have made the couch look close to new again. I have even uploaded a picture of the love couch that was torn up, which was taken before the movers touched it. The damage occurred at the drop off location, since the movers decided to place everything onto metal dollies without blankets. That has nothing to do with how they were picked up. I literally saw the couches myself a few days ago. This damage was fresh and done TODAY while the furniture was being moved. ALL the damage done to the couch is on the exteriors and base. That is NO excuse. The fact that the owner and movers are not taking responsibility or offering compensation is laughable. BUYER BEWARE GO ELSEWHERE

Hands down the BEST moving company I've ever worked with!…read more I recently moved to Florida and found Lifestyle Moving and Storage on Yelp. At first, I was skeptical because they had no reviews in Florida--but just like me, they're relocating too! And let me tell you, I'm SO glad I gave them a chance. They helped me move from a rental in Plantation into my own condo not far from there, and the experience was smooth from start to finish. I texted them a photo of my apartment furniture and VASO quickly gave me a quote. Even when my move-out date changed, they were super accommodating and responsive. On move-in day, they texted me early to confirm and arrived right on time with a truck that fit everything perfectly. Milos and Carlos were absolutely amazing--professional, fast, and extremely careful with all my belongings. They wrapped my glassware, bed, large furniture, and packed my flat screens and clothes using a special clothing rack. They even handled all the boxes I packed myself. I couldn't believe how quickly and efficiently they worked while treating all my things with care. Thanks to Lifestyle Moving and Storage, my move was easy and stress-free. I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone moving in or around Florida!

I have moved many times across the country, and I can confidently say that this was by far the best experience I've ever had with a moving company. From the moment they arrived, the team was prompt, professional, and incredibly hardworking. They handled everything with care and efficiency, clearly knowledgeable and well-prepared for the task. What stood out the most was how much they genuinely cared--not just about my belongings, but about making sure I felt supported throughout the entire process. It truly felt like they had my back every step of the way. Their honesty and dedication were refreshing, and it made a stressful day so much easier. If you're looking for a moving team that combines skill with heart, look no further. I highly recommend them and will be referring anyone I know who's planning a move. Thank you for going above and beyond!

PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING THIS COMPANY…read more I genuinely wish I had read the reviews more carefully before trusting this company with my move. What happened to me felt like a complete bait-and-switch. I was quoted an attractive rate of $169 and was told I was receiving a "special price." At NO point during the booking process was I clearly informed that my final bill could suddenly become $700+ because of additional charges. Had those costs been properly disclosed upfront, I would have NEVER booked this company. And this was not some huge, complicated move. I was moving out of a small efficiency, only 15 minutes away, with approximately **6 boxes, 3 bins of clothes, a bed frame and mattress, and a dresser. That was essentially it. The part that bothered me most was WHEN the real price was presented to me. It wasn't clearly explained before the move, when I still had the opportunity to make an informed decision and hire someone else. It was during the move, when I was handed an iPad and suddenly looking at a bill of over $700. Think about how awful of a position that puts a customer in. Your move is already underway, your belongings are involved, and now you're being told you have to pay hundreds of dollars more than you were prepared for in order to continue. What happens to someone who only has the amount they reasonably expected to pay in their account? I understand that moving companies can have additional fees. That is NOT my complaint. My complaint is the lack of transparency BEFORE booking. If there are transportation fees, labor minimums, materials, travel time, service charges, or anything else that can turn a $169 advertised/special rate into a $700+ bill, tell the customer clearly before they agree to the move. I budgeted for this move based on what was communicated to me. I should not have had to discover the true cost when I was already in the middle of moving. Please do not let an attractive hourly rate or "special price" be the only thing you rely on when booking this company. Get the FULL estimated total IN WRITING, ask for every possible additional charge, and do not allow the move to begin until you understand exactly what you may be responsible for paying. My experience left me feeling completely misled, blindsided, and taken advantage of. I would never knowingly agree to pay $700+ to move the small amount of belongings I had just 15 minutes away. If that had been communicated honestly from the beginning, I would have taken my business elsewhere. Transparency should happen before a customer's belongings are on the truck. not after they're already committed to the move.

A scam. Do not use this company. Severely disappointed and really thinking about moving this up the…read morechain of command. A number of days prior to our move we were contacted to go over final details, pricing for materials if needed, damage coverage, and more. We were told we are the first move of the day and that the movers will be there between 8:30-9 am and we will get a call 15-30 mins before they arrive. Throughout the whole entire process, we have had multiple numbers text us telling us that "we qualify for free packing assistance at no charge" (which is a complete lie because they charge hourly so it would probably take them an hour or two to pack everything up and then they would charge you) or trying to have us upgrade our coverage, etc. all of this is annoying but not a big deal. Moving day comes. We're waiting for their call. Nothing. We finally start texting the numbers we have from all their random messages (Morgan and other names) and no response. Finally my husband calls a number and we get connected. It's now 9:30 ish (and hour late pretty much) and we are told that the workers are still getting the truck ready and they're 12 miles away. How is it that no one contacted us to let us know? The workers finally get there at 10:15. One worker is doing his job, the other is MIA somewhere in the truck. We did not have a lot to move (less than 30 items majority being smaller) and we did not need boxes or our things packed up for us. Somehow they stretch out the move and finally (2+ hours later) and it's time to move to the second location (a storage unit). It's a 16 miles difference and a 25 minute car ride. The workers go MIA for 45 minutes! They are still charging! When they get to the unit, FINALLY, we get charger $1100.... Why? Because they charged us $300 worth of materials. 6 quantities of tape, which makes no sense because they didn't pack anything up for us and $200 worth (50 sheets to be exact) of paper pads????? Where are the materials!? Because I didn't see them. We magically got refunded $81 dollars because they finished quicker than estimated, I guess they realized they couldn't fully drag out the time like they tried. I've used other companies in different states with triple the amount of things to move and it's never been this unprofessional or expensive for unaccounted materials. A complete scam. Look at Reddit and a quick google search on their main complaints and everything we experienced has been reported before. All they do is reply to bad reviews and say sorry and thank them for the feedback. It's not enough. I was overcharged for materials I didn't see and you can't even argue about the price because they don't unload your items until you pay. AVOID THEM.
