I've used Ben and his crew for electrical work in Arlington, MA.
They did a good job installing another circuit on my third floor and installing some light fixtures that were too tricky for our quasi-interior-decorator-person. There was a slight glitch with some plaster near one of the fixtures, but they warned us about the existing crack before they did the work so I can't complain too much. The work was done competently, on-time, and within their estimate.
Later they really came through when I needed some time-sensitive assistance in pushing back on an issue that came up the week we were going to sign a purchase and sale agreement for the house. They were able to come out the next day even though we only contacted them after their close of business and track down the issue.
I'm very appreciative of that kind of help, they reacted as if my problem was their problem, and I'm in a client service business, so I know about that stuff. read more
