He is kind, considerate and concerned....and he always has referrals that take my insurance. The front office manager, Anita, is awesome. She too truly cares about the patients, the nurses too! This dr was an approved dr for my insurance co and he is very fast and effective and he gave me a the referrals that i needed ive seen him 3 times already and he had never made me wait in the lobby thats why i even go on my lunch sometimes , his office staff is friendly and efficient. you will want to make an appointment here they got my lab results fast the lab they use is right in the building as well its smack dab in the fore front of all the west hills medical buildings across from the subway the office is clean and hes pretty thorough, hes also persian as am i so that made it a tad more couf sharing medical things like the cancer i had and so on. he wanted to see me in a week for follow up... see you soon Dr. Dardashti ( i cant wait to tell ya i was in the er this weekend for a respiratory infection ;/ read more

Dr. Dardashti has been my PTP for many years. He is a 'God send'. Since I have been with Wellcare / Optum Ins. it has been pure hell -- After 10 months, I STILL do not have DME from Medtronics. One excuse after another. Kathy Ostrem, Territory Manager from Medtronics was the one who 'gave me' equipment, and told me to forget about billing, etc. She would write it off, due to the hell I have had to go through (and 2 hospitalizations) due to the lack of Medtronic DME. Dr. D. is kind, attentive, precise, does great follow up, listens to you, and is very knowledgeable, but doesn't hesitate to write write an Authorization when needed. My wife and I chose Dr. Dardashti around 15 years ago, because we witnessed the loving and attentive care he gave my wife's dad, while he was a coma (i.e., stroking his father's cheek and other loving gestures like that. I have been seeing Dr. Dardashti for over 10 years and I have been extremely happy with the care I have received and the professionalism of his office. Dr. Dardashti is very knowledgeable and was very helpful in treating me when I repeatedly got strep throat and most recently with a comprehensive allergy test. At one point I tried to find a doctor that would compare in Los Angeles, however, no one had Dr. Dardashti's expertise or bedside manners. I have never had to wait long and the staff has always been very courteous and kind. I highly recommend Dr. Dardashti for anyone looking for a primary doctor. read more

I just received in the mail today a bill for $300 saying that my insurance did not go through. This is fine, I can sort it out with my insurance. However I did call before I came here to verify that they could take my insurance & they said yes. Also, the visit for which this is for was in 5 months ago, in August of 2015. Why did it take Dr. Dardashti's office so long to bill me finally and they should have called me if there were any problems with my insurance. Once again, very incompetent office. I started seeing Dr. Dardashti over a year ago when I was put on Medicare unexpectedly. I had to find a new doctor after many years with my prior primary care physician. I was very insecure starting out with a new doctor and medical group. The wait time with my former Dr. was 2, 3 or 4 hours to get in, but she was a great doctor. When I went to Dr. Dardashti's office, the lobby was empty. I was taken right in. He did a very thorough exam and gave me some really great referrals, all local. He always takes the time to sit and chat with me. I have NEVER had such good care!!! He's a great doctor. His staff is impeccable. They go over and above always, and I'm very fond of them. i went to Dr. Dardashti for the first time a few months ago,for a yearly check up, i called the office before i go to make sure they accept my insurance, and they told me that they do, the doctor spend about 5 minutes with me getting my blood pressure and listening to my heart beat, as i came out to leave i told the front desk that i want to pay my co-pay and she told me that its OK and they will send me a bill. I got a bill from their office two months later charging me $250, i called and asked about the bill and the lady who is in charge of the billing told me the my insurance didn't pay. I called my insurance and my insurance company gave me my claim# and told me that the doctor's office have not sort it out with them and my part of the bill is $40.35, so i called dr. Dardashti's office and told them about it, and i was informed that i will get my bill again, a week later i got a bill for $40.35 with a red sticker on it that said that if i don't pay it in 10 day it will be send to collection agency. i was willing to pay my bill the same day i was seen by the doctor but i think this office either are not doing their job right or trying to scam people for money if they could. i paid my part of the bill over the phone and will not be going back, i did not like the way i was treated. read more

This was discussed AFTER my insurance spoke with you after I had to get them on my cell phone. Since I, as a new patient and customer, explained several times that everything I had done had been approved by my carrier I would hope that you would have taken the time to find out why this had happened. I don't update the Healthnet website nor did I schedule the apt without checking on my end...that would be your job. Regardless of any sort of miscommunication between your office and the insurance you, the receptionist, was completely rude and unprofessional. It's also an amazing coincidence that suddenly there are 12 reviews on health-grades ALL done on the same day. Nope, not suspicious at all. And 2 today?? The very same day you decide to answer my review on Yelp? Again....totally legitimate and not suspicious in the least. read more

I recently moved to LA from NYC. As such, I had to change doctors. Of course, this was a bit unnerving given the candid and long-term relationship I had developed with my doctor in NYC, along with the trust I put in him. I was recommended Dr. Dardashti by a friend. I've seen him twice so far, and it's quite clear to me that he's incredibly competent and intelligent. He seems to truly care for my wellbeing, and is very thorough in his work. I do feel that I'm in good hands. Additionally, on the two visits, I waited for at most a combined 10 minutes. Clearly a well-run operation. read more
