Plenty of parking in the structure and the open lot behind it (free for the first 1.5 hours) but be prepared to walk a little since Costco customers keep the parking lot pretty full. For a much shorter walk, there is also a drop off location and paid Valet parking behind the building. Venue 4 stars: Beautiful building. Access via stairs on the side or an elevator behind the building. The lab which I visited has a separate entrance directly across the offices. Staff 4 stars: Most of my interaction was automated. Lab visits are walk-ins but you do need a referral from your UCLA doctor before you go. Once you enter, you sign in on a tablet and will then start getting text alerts on your phone. When you turn comes, the text will tell you which station to go to. Once you arrive at the station, you are greeted by a lab technician who logs you in and performs the necessary lab work. My lab technician was polite and efficient. Wait Time 4 stars: I am not sure if it is always this good, but I only waited 10 minutes. The Bottom Line 4 stars: A solid option in a pleasant and convenient location. Highly recommended!

I figured I would end up with an antibiotic and then be able to get on the plane. Everybody at this facility was so nice. They were courteous, kind, and professional. This included the receptionist, the medical assistant named Amy, and the doctor herself. Turns out I just had a severe wax build up. The doctor explained that I would need to have my ear washed out before she could even see what was going on in there. Amy the medical assistant came in, explained the entire procedure, and was very kind and gentle on me during the procedure. After everything was cleaned out and I had no infection. I was so grateful for their excellent work. This was so much better of an experience than my regular doctor's office. I will definitely be back for my urgent care needs.

Parking is easy, especially first thing in the morning. Check in is fast & smooth because I always do my paperwork in MyChart. Nurse Theresa took my vitals & was warm & sweet. Dr. Gregor is always detailed & thorough, and takes the time to answer any questions or concerns I have. He follows up my visits with detailed feedback in MyChart about my bloodwork results, and makes lifestyle, diet & supplement recommendations. Thankfully I haven't needed any prescription recommendations. After seeing him, I know that bloodwork always follows. This is THE most stressful part of an annual physical for me bc I am usually a challenging draw. So last year when phlebotomist Alex hit a winner vein the very first time, & gave me zero pain, you bet I remembered him. I was so relieved when I saw him in the testing area today! Just like last year, Alex got a winner vein in just one stick. He is the best! If you are a challenging blood draw, you will understand when I say it is the biggest relief when I know that the tubes are filling up fast & I don't have to be stuck a second or third time.
