I was in and out in less than an hour. Seems many are there for drug tests. I was there due to strep. I didn't feel like the doctor was very attentive - kinda matter of fact and brief. I had to ask him for a prescription- he didn't want to give me meds. I was literally in so much discomfort...he said it wasn't strep- Ran the test- I have had strep before and knew that was a wrong diagnosis. I took the meds I asked for and I was fine- not really any thanks to this place. Basically I was grateful that he gave me a prescription because he didn't do much else.

There was maybe 2 other people ahead of me. Waited about a hour before I got called in to a room. Waited close to 2 hours while in the room for a total wait of 3 hours. I expected it to be slow based off reviews and I was okay with that. Finally, an Asian doctor finally came in and was so rude to me. She threatened me that if I didn't do as she said she would fail my physical. She literally would give me a second to react. She made me feel so stupid and would tell me incorrect things when little did she know I knew what she was doing since I'm in the healthcare profession too. 2nd time: Needed a TB test done but could only go after work and they were the only option. Everything was fine till I needed to get the test read. The staff looked at my arm and questioned if I have a positive test. I told her it's always a little red but there's never any bump or issues. She got a second opinion and I got cleared, no biggie. The problem began when she couldn't find my paperwork to clear me. Are you kidding? You would think reading a TB test would be quick, but no, I had to waste my night here waiting. She tried to tell me she would send the results to my job, which was a cop out to get me off her hands in the mean time. Ended up waiting 45+ minutes for her to "look". She came off as if it was a honor for her to look for my paperwork to clear me. BS place, will never be back.

Which I think is great during the week if you can schedule in, however, not during the weekend, it should be walk-in only with a few doctors. That said, the waiting room was really nice and equipped, and offered a lot of comfort. In my particular case they had everything I needed to give me immediate answers for questions as in test and x-rays, etc. etc. they were able to administer medicine that made an immediate effect and prescribed medication's. That allowed me continue healing. Their staff is good and so apologetic for the wait times.

Nurse Michael Scott, though he did not introduce himself, overheard the conversation and provided his insight. Did I get the information that I needed, yes. If this was a gas station that would be totally acceptable. I am a mother who is concerned for the well-being of her son, scared, deprived of sleep because our regular pediatrician is closed on the weekend. What I expected was the basic, kindness and warmth most doctors give, especially when a child is involved Instead, Nurse Scott was rude, short & condescending. If I knew how to correctly diagnose my son I would not be seeking help from professionals. What might seem to be basic information to you Nurse Scott may not be for the general public- so the snub attitude was unnecessary. Thankfully my son was out of earshot when you started to talk about anal sex and how that could likely be a reason for what I thought was going on with my 4 year old son. Lastly, it's about 9am Sunday June 28th 2026, you all have been open for an hour now. I hope by now you have warmed up and the next patients that come in do not have the same experience that I had. I pray that whatever you saw in us that was undeserving of an introduction of a doctor, understanding, empathy & patience changes.

We were coming from two towns over, (they are closing the Simi valley location that I normally go to if I ever need a doctor) and because I wasn't familiar with the area, we were delayed by a major freeway accident and arrived about seven minutes late. The doctor saw me very briefly. (Carol Dieu) When I tried to ask one additional question about my health, I was told she couldn't answer it because I had been seven minutes late and she already was "squeezing me in". I understand that offices have schedules to keep, but I found the interaction to be dismissive and lacking compassion. As a patient who was genuinely sick, I expected to be treated with empathy and respect. I pay for health insurance and trust medical professionals to provide care when I need it. Instead, I left feeling rushed, unheard, and like I was an inconvenience. I don't visit the doctor often, so this experience was especially disappointing. I hope this office considers treating patients with a little more understanding, especially when someone is clearly unwell and delayed by circumstances beyond their control.

I had to see her when…read moremy usual doctor wasn't available, and she decided to remove my work restriction and place me back on full work duty, after a half-assed assessment of my injured wrist. I haven't even had a chance to attend my MRI appointment, yet. Sure enough, the MRI revealed that I have a torn tendon, and I am in absolutely no position to be lifting anything heavy. I could have completely tore my tendon and needed surgery thanks to her negligence. When I expressed concern during my appointment with her, she just said "maybe it's time to look for another field of work". Thankfully, I'm seeing a specialist now who promptly restored my work restriction (light duty), as I continue on my wrist-healing journey. I would ask to speak with a real doctor if you ever have to deal with this woman, who is simply a physician's assistant. And a terrible one at that.

BUT at Dr ARFAI'S office in NR, the staff is exceptional as well as the doctor. We've had plenty of appointments for my 90 year-old mother over the last few months and he has done everything he possibly could to get her out of pain with success that would last a couple months or two. Finally, he recommended something called a spinal stimulator to minimize her pain that she's had for at least 40 years. Each staff member is so well trained in their various areas and know their craft well. Excellent training!!! They show respect and patience, especially for the elderly and when the staff is that well trained, you know it comes from the top. I highly recommend this Office for pain management and compassion. Dr Arfai has a great bedside manner and happens to be pleasant on the eyes also! You're in good hands there!
