I made an appointment on their website and someone called me to get my insurance information and…read moreconfirm my appointment. The next day, I got multiple calls and text messages from their office saying that they need to collect my insurance information. I wasn't able to answer right away and they kept calling over and over and leaving different messages, including one message that said my appointment was being canceled because my drivers license is expired (it isn't). I called them again and they confirmed my insurance is valid. Went in for the appointment and the receptionist tries to get me to "Self pay" and says I don't have valid insurance. Had to provide the insurance a 3rd time before they finally acknowledged it. I got as far as seeing the medical assistant. I showed her my most recent MRI and a stack of medical records going back 2 years. She quickly told me that the doctor wasn't going to be able to help me and I left. Never saw the doctor. Also their office is full of red flags, like advertisements for laser hair removal, ketamine injections, Regenexx ads all over the place (which is not a proven treatment and is experimental at best), something called the O-shot for woman sexual improvement. I feel stupid for going here.

Terrible office staff and unfortunately I will take my mother somewhere else because I will not deal with the terrible, disorganized and lack of help in the office.

When I called the office on 9/14/26, staff confirmed the fee exists to prevent missed appointments, but also confirmed it is not refunded or credited toward your visit even when you attend. A no-show deterrent you pay either way isn't a deterrent; it's a higher price for the same appointment, charged only to patients without insurance, often the people least able to absorb extra costs. This practice is operated by Texas ENT Specialists / Elevate ENT Partners, so self-pay patients at their other locations may want to ask whether the same fee applies. This is a billing-policy issue, not a comment on the physicians' clinical care.

Since most of the issues are conditions I just have to live with, I have in recent years treated myself with OTC remedies and such. But the issues finally piled up to the point that I needed to see an ENT. My previous ENT, who was wonderful, had become so busy, I would't be able to get in to see him for almost three months. So I have begun looking for someone with a more open schedule. I read about Dr. Wyatt and saw good things written about him, so I checked with my PCP and he referred me to him, got me in in about two weeks and today was my big day. I filled out the paperwork in about 25 minutes, which was the most detailed I remember ever seeing, and went to the office , arriving about 15 minutes early. Upon checking in, I was given two additional forms by the receptionist, which had to do with several unscheduled procedures that might have to be performed during any given visit if the doctor considered them medically necessary. I was instructed to authorize the doctor to perform these procedures before I had even met him. When I asked the receptionist if that was their usual protocol, she said, I'm sorry, but you were here just fifteen minutes before your appointment. We don't have time for questions like this right now. We will have to reschedule or cancel your appointment if you want discussions about things like that. I was taken aback, but I really wanted to be seen, so I took a little bit different line of questioning and said, "Well, could you at least give me a ballpark figure about what these procedures might cost me (after Medicare and BC/BS)? I don't feel comfortable authorizing charges for unknown procedures when the staff cannot even estimate what the charges might be. It seemed like I was walking in to a used car dealership and asked to sign a sales contract for an unknown car at an unknown sales price with undetermined terms. I could go on, but I won't. And neither will I return to his office.

In my experience, the front desk staff at this ENT office is shockingly unprofessional. Rude attitudes, zero courtesy, and an overall vibe that makes you feel like you're inconveniencing them simply by showing up for your appointment. It is unprofessional to a level that is honestly shocking for a medical office. There is absolutely no reason anyone should have to put up with the level of disrespect they dish out. A medical office should make patients feel cared for, not talked down to. Because of the front desk staff alone, I do not recommend this office at all. The doctor may be good but the staff at the front desk makes the entire experience miserable. Avoid the headache, there are plenty of ENT offices that treat people with basic respect.

I was also asked three different times if I was "from the area," which honestly felt odd and uncomfortable.
