They do nails and massage as well. I came in for just a haircut and was very happy with the cut Morgan gave me. She did a good job in finding out what I wanted and how I deal with my hair. I probably will give them a shot at coloring my hair the next time I go in.

They were provided pictures of what was wanted and just chopped it all off. I cannot believe how incompetent the stylists were and is infuriating that they call themselves professionals.

I used to get my hair cut here often but the staff seems to change out more so than I'd like. The…read morefirst person I had cutting my hair here kept telling me I had to pay more for a haircut because it is curly hair, it's wavy on a good day. Also why do people with curly hair have to pay so much more? That's ridiculous. Charge per hour if you want to play that game. I had to fight the girl every dang time I got a haircut. The second person I went with didn't know how to cut hair and talked about how she hated cutting hair. At this point I just cut my own hair. As for the store part, it's alright. The prices are good if there is a sale. It has a good variety and most of the time the staff is helpful. The place is usually pretty clean too.

Once again, I made the mistake of trying a Lima salon…read more I normally get my cuts from Alison at Strange Beauty Show in Chicago. She's the best. I live for her haircuts. No one is better. However, it had been a month since I had a haircut, and I won't be in Chicago for another month. My hair was getting a little bulky, so I decided to try getting it cleaned up locally. I mean, how hard is it to clean up a cut? Thin it out a little, shorten up the bangs, take a tad off the back ... I SAID A TAD. Two inches is not a tad. Thank you for the man bob. Crystal, my first Lima stylist since the F/X Salon debacle, felt my hair had a mullet-like appearance, so she took the back up way too far. She cut my sides uneven and, when asked to thin out my sideburns, shortened them above my earlobes. The entire cut was a disaster. Again, I'll give the stylist the benefit of the doubt. She did ask if I wanted a little off the back, and I did ask her to trim my sideburns. She just did it to the extreme. I won't go back to Illy Swank. And if you need me, I'll be nursing a bruised self-image.
