Love love love Dawnielle!! So does my face!…read more This is located inside a nice boutique and salon. I saw her before and after pictures of eyebrows and decided I needed to check it out. I needed a new place to get my brows done because I was tired of driving downtown after work with all that traffic. Anyways, the room she does brows and facials is so adorable. Very cute decor and she always has relaxing music plus ocean sounds on another speaker. My brows have never looked better! I get compliments all the time now. She's an expert on growing them out! Mine weren't has bad as others I've seen but they have changed drastically. Her facials are awesome as well!! I'm not going to lie: it hurts. But it's only a little bit of pain and well worth it. She gives you the best neck, hand, and foot massages which are all included in the facial! I get goosebumps when she does my neck. My face feels brand new when in done. The only negative is that she books up so fast!! So it's not a walk in type of establishment. I usually book her months in advance. If you do need to change any appt you can always text her and let her know. Oh yeah.. I've never had a brow specialist text me to see how my brows are doing! She sends me reminders of our appointments and is also there for you in eye brow emergencies. I texted her in tears one time when I got my eyebrows done by someone else. They messed them up. She reassured me she was able fix it and she did. I'll never make that mistake again

My very first ever appointment.... cancelled. I was lucky to see her on 1/17 and honestly she did a terrific job! She really does nice work, I just don't know what it takes for her to commit to an appointment. That doesn't work for me, especially if you have a trip planned or special moment, I need someone I can count on. Customer service and reliability is key when running a business.

My wife made 3 separate…read moreappointments all 2 weeks in advance and the day of each appointment my wife reached out the day of to confirm since "Bella" never reaches out to do so. My wife really likes how her brows came out and would rave about it, but customer service is key when running a business. Cancelling all 3 appointments the day of 2 hours before the appointment shows me this person is very immature and not ready to run a business. Today she canceled because she has plans with her BF. I told my wife I wasn't going to reach out and reply after the 2nd time but the 3rd time sounds like she just wanted to take a personal day. I'll be uploading pictures of the messages thread as receipts. I would advise anyone to pick a different place when looking to get brows done.

After moving to Rocklin, I found out the same artist Who did my lashes back then, Katie, was working here and was so impressed she still had my file from all those years ago.
