She posted them on the appropriate websites and paid for the ability for the house to come up first in the listing. From this point on, she was very difficult. She over-priced the house drastically. We got showings but I knew that it was way over-priced. To get it reduced took weeks, and then she kept doing it incremental. When all was said and done we had so many price reductions it had to appear to buyers that something was terribly wrong. I actually fired her during this process and her now old boss, talked me into giving her another chance. The old boss admitted it was priced incorrectly. I trusted her to perform due diligence, take good care of me as the customer and to sell my home. It did not sell. Debbie wanted the listing and that was where the effort stopped.

For the entire duration of our rental, Jamison has been extremely unprofessional, and disrespectful. This is the only reason we moved out as this would no longer be tolerated. As a result you lost perfect renters, and the property is still unoccupied. Most of these reviews are positive, and comforting. However; they are mostly from home owners. While I understand not all experiences are the same. Home owners I urge you to reach out to ensure your renters experience has been nothing like ours. Just because we are renters does not mean we are poor, uneducated, and are not respectable individuals. If I pay my rent on time in full every month, and care for the property as if it were my own. I expect to be treated accordingly. We are home owners in the state of Nebraska, and are currently using a property management company too. On average management companies receive 10-14% to manage the property. If you were managing my property and I discovered how you were treating my good renters, I would submit my notice to you immediately.
