Stephen Cooley wanted 3.5% and 2.5% to the selling broker. I told him that this did not work for me, and in my opinion, the selling broker does the majority of the work in the transaction. Their communication was awful during the process. The fact that the home sold so quickly had nothing to do with Stephen Cooley Real Estate. There are much better companies in Ft Mill, Rock Hill and Charlotte. All that can say is that I will never use this company again.
