We visited the restaurant for lunch on the May 8th, which was a Victory day holiday in the Czech Republic and probably not the best day to visit a restaurant, but hey, the restaurant is in the hotel, so one wouldn't expect any issues, right?
The main issue was the wait. I ordered a salad and another appetizer as my lunch, two other people I was with ordered soup and an entree. We had to wait for 40+ minutes for the soups and salad to appear, so we literally had to finish our meal as we were running out for the meeting.
Of course prices, or rather price performance were another issue. We were asked if we want water, and we were given tiny bottles without any price disclosure only to learn that those tiny bottles were $4 each - across the hall in the adjacent food court of the mall, you can have full lunch for $5. And I would be okay if we would be explained what we are getting - otherwise, these are simply some sneaky tactics, which take away from the experience.
The food was okay (not great), but the whole experience was not, thus 3 star is a very generous rating.
