They were extremely professional and up front and it took about 2 hours to go in and get out. They told me the prices up front and explained everything perfectly to me. Highly recommend and they were great guys!

I believe that many service shops have gone down the drain, but after giving this place my service…read more3 times, it's clear that it is a place that purposely takes up customers' valuable time. Furthermore, the technicians have no pride in what they do. We got a new tire there before going on a vacation to Wisconsin. As we were driving, our new tire began to lose air. We had to stop and get help because the people here did not properly tighten the valve pin and the air came out. Another time, my wife called to get a patch or plug and they misled her on the telephone telling her she needed a new tire and wheel alignments. Recently, we made an appointment by telephone. The person we talked to did not annotate the appointment in their system. When they said there was no appointment and even after showing them our call log, they tried to make me come another day cause they were busy. I told them I should not pay for their mistake and so they made it sound like I would be taken care of during my original appointment time, but I waited for over 90 minutes for them to tell me that I needed a new tire, but it wasn't in stock. This was after they told my wife she needed a new tire and wheel alignments and the tire was in stock. This tire store is the absolute worst and the customer service is non-existent. Worse, the wait times, even after having appointment, is atrocious. The lack of care for customers was evident during each time I visited this place. No customer should have to deal with such lack of pride in one's job. Customers should not have to waste their valuable time waiting for a patch, plug or new tire for over 3 to 4 hours. I would gladly pay more money for a tire if the shop had respect for their customers time and overall value. If you expect to have a straightforward and caring experience for needing a tire fixed or replaced, DO NOT COME HERE!!!

They properly diagnosed the problem as a bad wheel bearing/hub and got it taken care of quickly. The car is now running great and is noticeably smoother and quieter. What impressed me most was the professionalism, communication, and the feeling that I could trust what I was being told. Brian was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the whole experience easy. I also really appreciate how connected Pro Auto is with the local community and how involved they are with community events. As someone who lives in the area, that means a lot to me and makes me feel even better about supporting a local business. It's not always easy finding an auto repair shop you feel comfortable trusting, but I definitely found one here. Highly recommend Pro Auto and Brian. I'll absolutely be back for future service.

When I was last at the dealership service center for an oil change last summer, I got a huge list…read moreof services my car (2016 Mazda CX-5) was due for. Considering my car is 10 years old and that I've been putting off some of the services for a while, I decided that it was time to get those done; however I didn't like the price that I was getting from this place or the other Mazda service centers I called. I figured I'd give a local shop a try and I'm extremely glad I did! From the very first call I was already feeling good about these guys. Lee picked up the phone pretty quickly; I asked if I could email the list of services to them and get their quotes, and he said no problem and gave me their email. He also answered a few other questions I had and kept everything effortless and professional. After I emailed them I got a quick reply from Brian who also answered my questions and provided the quotes, which were much more reasonable! It was very easy to make an appointment for my car, and even when I had to reschedule there was no trouble doing so. I dropped my car off in the morning and met both Lee and Brian who were both very friendly and personable. Their waiting room is comfortable with a TV, a fridge with water, and even some toys to keep kids occupied while you wait. Since I was leaving my car for the day I brought my Onewheel electric skateboard, which Lee saw, and he showed me his e-bike and we talked a bit about PEVs (personal electric vehicles) before I rode my Onewheel back home. My car was ready for pickup by the end of the day as they said it would be, and it's been running great ever since! I also recently got an oil change there and it was probably the fastest one I've experienced from giving them the keys to getting them back (no more than 45 minutes, compared to the dealership service center where I've waited ~90 minutes on average). Everything has been uncomplicated with no surprises so far! Aside from the quick and straightforward work that they do, I also appreciate that they have a rewards program that helps you save money on future services. They are also regular sponsors of local events and are a big part of the community. It feels much better bringing my car to a local shop that supports and gives back to the community rather than going to a dealership that doesn't really do that. I'll definitely be returning here again!

I made an appointment over the phone at this location for a Saturday a few days ahead and expected the usual 30 minute wait. It was an hour and a half wait, so I would not come to this location again unless I had the resources to drop off my car because the staff noted this was their normal process time. Looking back, I wish he had noted this when I called earlier in the day to confirm my arrival time. I decided to walk to an early dinner at a nearby eatery to kill time. After asking the man on staff if he would mind giving me a call if the car was done before 1.5 hours, he looked at me and we locked eyes, then he walked away. I did not know what to make of it, so I walked away feeling a little confused and thinking the answer must be no. Not my idea of customer service, so I recommend for the value, but advise to drop off and leave.

I ask them to go try again as I backed into the spot clearly the reverse was JUST working. They call me back and tell me turns out the transmission was working, but their technician quickly ripped the car into a reverse so fast that it bugged out my transmission and it wasn't registering that it's in reverse....
