Autumn showed up looking unbelievably disheveled in a filthy apron; the lack of professionalism was astounding. Additional staff was hired for this event and she showed up alone so myself and other guests helped set up tables while she rushed to set up the food. The food was awful and most was not what was originally ordered. I would not have been surprised if we were having leftover items from an event from earlier in the day. The photographer asked to take photos of the wedding cake and I went looking for it and found Autumn piecing together a rather destroyed looking top tier that was then spackled with icing. The cake design was nothing like what was sent by the bride; the cake itself was dry and the icing tasted store bought. We were able find some plates and silverware in the event space that were left behind from a previous event because the silverware that was brought looked like it was from a prison cafeteria. Once we were all served one plate of food she immediately packed up and left without saying a word. The bride did not even get an apology that night, the next day a short text message was sent to her as well as a partial refund; the rest of the refund is pending and does seem like it will be received. If I had to sum up this company in one word it would be Greedy. Autumn has the audacity to book multiple event with no additional staff knowing that she couldn't be in two places at once. This behavior is not only Greedy and Inconsiderate but also a disgusting display of Incompetence.

Ordering online was easy, pickup went smooth (the inside of magpies is cute and everyone working was very nice), and the cake itself was delicious! I got the cream cheese and it wasn't dry at all and tasted just like a piece of Louisiana. My biggest complaint is that I have to wait another year to get it again!
