We expected a long line on a Friday evening and completely understood that they would be busy. What we didn't expect was the complete lack of customer service and basic respect. The problems started immediately. The restroom was a disaster. There were no paper products available, and it was obvious cleanliness was not a priority. We then looked for a place to sit while waiting for our order. Every table in the building was dirty and sticky with dried ice cream. Since it was too hot to sit outside, we had no choice but to use one of the dirty tables. My daughter ordered one milkshake and one scoop of ice cream while my grandson and I waited. After 30 minutes, she checked on the order and was told they were "working on it." We continued waiting. Fifteen minutes later, we still had nothing while several customers who ordered after us had already received their food. At that point, another customer standing nearby told us they had watched an employee drop an order ticket on the floor and leave it there. We started wondering if our order had been lost.
