It's something you never really want to think about, but it can be a very important decision. For me, I just want a fair price, hassle-free delivery, and reliable service. In my 2 years as a customer, I believe Town Oil offers all of the above. The prices are in line with the competition, they offer flexible payment plans if you so choose, and they include free annual servicing in their contracts. What really prompted me to write this review was a recent BAD experience, believe it or not. A technician came out to complete the annual servicing of our HVAC system, and immediately after leaving, our AC stopped working. Unfortunately, we didn't notice this until several hours later when we felt the temp steadily rising. When I checked the thermostat and confirmed it wasn't working, I immediately called Town Oil to explain what was happening. I was fully expecting push back and excuses, as this has been my experience with other companies in the past. What I got was the opposite. The dispatcher acknowledged the problem and quickly began locating a technician to come back. A few hours later, a tech was back out to inspect the problem, which turned out to be a blown fuse in our condenser unit. He fixed the issue, cleaned the entire unit, and even trimmed some bushes that were surrounding it. And here's the best part .... NO CHARGE! Customer service and ownership like this is hard to come by nowadays, so this was a refreshing experience. If you're looking for a new oil provider, I highly recommend this company!

The first time was during the 2026 blizzard storm. We were without heat and water those days. Inhad placed the order on time through CRT, before the storm touched down and we didn't recieve our order until 7 days after. The second time, it happened again. 8 days later and still have not gotten our oil. When finding out if we were on the route list, I got cursed our both times by the manager. The second time, when explaing to him Inhave been waiting fornthenoil and this was not the first time this happened, he started with "let me yell you how we do things around here... you don't get to".... and I cut him off to tell him don't talk to me rude because i didn't come off that way and for how rude and hot he came into the conversation... he then proceeded to shush me and said for me to " shut my baby voice ass up and call a different company." Mind you, they already have my funds fromnthe program because I called CRT and they explained they released the funds the verynnextbday , I placed the order, the week prior. The guy was extremely rude and hung up on me and I never got a route time or date for my oil. Please do not deal with this company yall. They treat people on programs like we are not people and as if they are not gonna get their money by the program. Extremely rude, and that guy should not be working with the public. That's bad for business. And its all good, I will be calling the BBB on them as well since CRT has the last incident and this one now recorded on my file.
