The front staff was very unprofessional and they were being very argumentative with me. And the issue was not my fault they continue to arguing the fact that they had no idea that there was 2 appointments for the same day with the same phone number. If my son is under age and I am his mother it's only going to be one number and they told me I should have two numbers how is that possible. They need a better system because it was outrageously. Very very unprofessional to arguing with a patient.
