As my parents have needed a bit more assistance, I (their daughter) have taken them to appointments. I live in Texas, so it can be quite challenging to be sure everything is taken care of in the best possible way. Last week when I was in St. Louis visiting my mom, I found that she had lost one of her hearing aids, which was really limiting her ability to interact and be fully part of conversations. I contacted Dr. Juelich's office, realizing we would likely need to wait several weeks to get the situation resolved, mentally planning when I might be able to return for follow-up. Grace, however, was miraculously able to schedule an appointment that day at a different office, and Dr. Juelich went above and beyond to figure out a solution. My mom can now hear quite well - better than she has for many months! We are so thankful and highly recommend Dr. Juelich and her staff. They are kind and respectful, patient, professional, and have true hearts of service.

After the MRI was finally done, I received the results from Mercy Hospital 2 days later. I don't understand all of the results and have been waiting for Dr. Hardeman or someone from his office to call me back to discuss them. I have called Gateway ENT a number of times but cannot get any information. Very poor followup.

Being able to get (basically) immediate care was really great. I joined the waitlist online and made my way there when it was my turn. They started me out with a hearing test, and then I met with the doctor. She prescribed me with some meds to try to help the problem, and gave me a couple of possible causes for my attack. It was still so early, so it was hard to eliminate all of the possible factors. I do wish I was given a print out and more information, as I think it would have been helpful for my future appointments at other doctors, but I walked out empty handed. I continued to have problems and called again the next day. The doctor was pretty prompt in calling me back which I genuinely appreciate. All in all, it's a solid service given what it is- walk in. Front desk was really helpful, and everyone was really kind.

As I wanted to be seen to have my ears cleaned, I thought it would be easy. The website was a no go, as the staff would have seen me in a week. So I dropped in or walked in as they now allow.
