This is the "Non-Disclosure" They wanted me to sign in order to get my money back- Money I spent in their office for them to preform work!

Hello, I just want to give everyone a heads up. If you are looking for a dentist DO NOT use Belton Modern Dentistry, Dr. Holmes and Dr. Rogers have no business practicing! I went in to establish care and a routine cleaning. Dr. Rogers said I needed 2 root canals on my front teeth (It took over 9 hours) They did the root canals and crowns- quoted me over $2500.00 after my insurance paid $1400.00. Nothing seemed right- They kept falling out. I was in so much pain. After a week one of these teeth broke off my gum line. I went back and they told me they think I need another root canal on the SAME 2 teeth. He broke a bit off and sealed it in my gums. I went to another dentist because this just felt wrong and boy was I right. These people did an unnecessary procedure which left me missing my two front teeth. I have had 3 root canals on the same teeth. They refuse to refund me my money unless I sign this form saying I won't sue them. They went in and deleted all of my billing from the smile generations website. This wasn't just a bad experience, this should never happen to ANYONE. Before walking in this place, I did not have bad teeth. They ruined my smile! Please be careful. Modern Dentistry is already in a class action law suite for the "fees" they inflict on their patients. This place wanted me to sign a "Non-Disclosure" all to get my money back. They never preformed the work- The work they did do caused physical and emotional harm. And the office "Manager" is a horrible human! Keep your loved ones away from this place!

I scheduled an appointment for my wife a few weeks ago and asked specifically for a female dentist because she is more comfortable with a female. I had to reschedule for a week later. We arrived at her appointment and waited just a few minutes and the assistant came to get us. We both washed our hands and waited to get started. A few minutes later Dr John Holmes came in the exam room and I knew something went wrong with the scheduling. My wife asked if there was a female available and he said yes there was a female and he would be right back. He returned with Dr. Rita Garabet who is new to the office but went out of her way to make the experience as comfortable as possible for my wife. She was very personal and remained professional in a stressful situation. Overall it was a great experience for a dentist appointment and I won't hesitate to go back! She even texted my wife the next day to ask if everything is ok. I don't know if was really Dr. Garabet or just an automatic text but it was still nice to know they were thinking of her. So if they say Dr. Garabet is available don't hesitate she will take good care of you!

I recently had gotten my teeth whitened and Mrs. Sonia made me feel very comfortable and at home. She was very attentive and met my needs during the process. Even the checking-out process was easy. However, because of a few times that I had to cancel (meaning TWO), I was cancelled as a patient. These were things that were out of my control and I cannot see in to the future to know that I will not be able to get a ride there. I cannot take the gas, so I had to get valium, which THEY said I could not be seen driving myself there. And when I called to see if my appointment was still open on the day that I apparently got charged the 2nd no show fee (bc my ride was now available), they said "No, it's a 3 hour block and it's been filled". So, what is the problem here. They are getting $50 (prepaid) from me and whatever they're getting from the people they filled the appointment with. Then, suddenly I'm the problem and cannot be seen any longer. This is also while I am paying on the dental work I had not even received yet. That was my decision to pay ahead. Then, when I asked when do I get my money back since I'm cancelled as a patient...SUDDENLY, I was hit with TWO $50 no show fees. I told them both times that I couldn't make it as soon as I knew I couldn't. So, DO NOT PAY AHEAD FOLKS!!

I would not recommend Aspen Dental to anyone. Corporate dentistry's doesnt work well. Each time I…read morevisited, I didn't know who was going to work on me. I want someone who puts their name on the door. My dentures kept breaking. I went through several pairs of dentures. I finally went to their office in Lee's Summit and after a few tries, finally got a pair I could work with. My partial never fit well and I just gave up wearing it.

The back office has always been wonderful but if you refuse service at the front it doesn't help…read moreanyone. I have Tricare insurance (United Concordia) (family member) and a claim is being processed. I am being refused service, cancelled my appointment because they proceeded with processing my insurance wrong and told me I wasn't covered. After I come to my appointment. Mind you I showed up on and they attempted to send an email saying they needed a call the day prior. Tie the office manager is not qualified to be an office manager. She is attempting to charge me prior to service, which you should if I am Tricare and a participating participant. They can call to know Tricare's is processing everything and refuses to aid in the help because all she will discuss is not getting payment. She refuses to listen and is more worried about being right or feel competent instead of having an intelligent conversation. Clearly I can tell I know more about bulling and dental. All I need to clear this up is her to contact regional billing to help her understand insurance but she refuses to listen to me or call. As all she says is she wants to payment or won't discuss anything with me. They tried to fix this issue by letting me be seen but told me I had to pay ahead from now on. I don't have an unpaid balance and I need a bill if there is. I haven't received a bill yet.....? Tie refused me the regional office billing number and regionals number stating she doesn't know her boss's information. I would recommend getting someone in that office that knows how to handle said situation. Not to mention she kept stating she just got there and doesn't know what's going on. Not an excuse to learn and do better instead of refuse care or refuse to handle a situation that you are responsible for. I can tell you once I speak to regional billing they will contact tie and tell her she needs to allow me To make my appointment and they will fix this issue. She can simply call and be educated but that's not the case. She would rather refuse to listen or aid help in service. Which tells me they don't know what they're doing on the business side of the office. This really affects the efficiency and amount of problems they are now causing due to this issue. I'm on the phone right now and customer service is calling United Concordia and adjusting my account as the manager of This Aspen dental can't provide proper customer service.
