However, because of a few times that I had to cancel (meaning TWO), I was cancelled as a patient. These were things that were out of my control and I cannot see in to the future to know that I will not be able to get a ride there. I cannot take the gas, so I had to get valium, which THEY said I could not be seen driving myself there. And when I called to see if my appointment was still open on the day that I apparently got charged the 2nd no show fee (bc my ride was now available), they said "No, it's a 3 hour block and it's been filled". So, what is the problem here. They are getting $50 (prepaid) from me and whatever they're getting from the people they filled the appointment with. Then, suddenly I'm the problem and cannot be seen any longer. This is also while I am paying on the dental work I had not even received yet. That was my decision to pay ahead. Then, when I asked when do I get my money back since I'm cancelled as a patient...SUDDENLY, I was hit with TWO $50 no show fees. I told them both times that I couldn't make it as soon as I knew I couldn't. So, DO NOT PAY AHEAD FOLKS!!

The reception is always positive and helpful. State insurance Medicaid is accepted (check your own plan though) for children and I believe they've now expanded to adults as well. I needed a root canal done on a tooth before the dentist here would put a crown on for me…read more The temporary crown they placed was too high and caused pain, then a few days later it fell off and I had to go back to get it put back on. Then they placed the permanent while I was in a lot of pain and while I was worried as to why because of the root canal, they told me it was most likely because of the high crown. They rush their work and hardly listen to what you have to say. Now a few days later, I have an abscess on my gum by the tooth and they said i need to go back to the endodontist. I've been in pain on and off the whole time.

Was very, very rude. She told me. You need an authorization for the work that needed to be done. I'm like ok do you call or I have to call. So what do I suppose to do I have a broken tooth. I have a secondary insurance that she don't even know. She only see tricare. She stated we have to get paid and we are not doing work without payment. First off my INSURANCE COMPANY scheduled this appointment for me. I said how long does an authorization take. She said it takes 3 to 4 weeks to come back. It will take about 4 to 5 days to request it because she is busy. She said I've seen these things and it takes forever to come back. We will call you if it does. Oh my. I have enough money to pay for it my dang pocket. I called the insurance company and nothing was sent to them. I drive right up to my main doctor office and got a referral to another office down the street and they started the work right there. I've been a long time member for over a decade. I even received invisalign paid out of my pocket 5k..I will not come back to this office. As long as that biking lady is there wth her rude self. She escorted me right up out the office, I barely got my coat on.
