The Caitlin Clark jug was not in a box, just wrapped in paper. I was looking forward to unveiling it but was just in question whether the Stanley jug was new or used. Not planning on ordering anything from them again. I had ordered a smaller one before from them and did come in its own package, so I was hoping to get the same for this one but was sadly disappointed.

Honestly I hate leaving bad reviews but this is one time where the store 100% deserves a 0 but…read moresince I have to give atleast a 1 star (sadly)... So...before we start this, I want to state, I don't look like their typical customers. I'm 25...I don't dress like young adults who usually shop at champs. I wear my Jordans with jeans and a nice shirt (Michael Kors, Ralph Lauren, etc) I know most younger people wear basketball shorts, skinny jeans, and any other "in style" clothes. I walked in wearing what I mentioned above and so does a group of 3 young guys. I was ignored immediately and the guy standing at the door immediately went to them even though I had walked in first. I didn't care much at the time since I knew what I was looking for. I began looking at the shoes (planned on buying 3-5 pairs, depending what they had in stock) So I began finding the shoes I wanted and before I asked someone to get them from the back so I could try them on, I went to check out the slide on sandals. I had been looking for a certain pair (which sadly they didn't have) so I decided to ask a worker to see if he knew whether online had them or if he knew something similar. When I say, he was no help at all...he was 0 help. When I asked, he just stood there dancing (I get it some people wanna have fun or they have ADHD so they gotta find a way to manage it...my gf does all the time) and did not say a word or help at all. After 2 minutes of him just standing there dancing and looking at the sandal with a blank stare...I just asked if he could grab the 3 pairs of Jordan's I was interested in. He went back and 10 minutes later he wasn't back. I figured maybe he was having a hard time finding them. Another 10 minutes goes by (they werent busy at all) He proceeds to walk out the back and go help someone else and just left me there. I was so annoyed about everything I just decided to walk out and head over to the other shoe stores. I am normally understanding about stuff but after 20 minutes and then he walks out to go help somebody else while I had been waiting. I was annoyed and upset because they were catering to people who "dressed the part" and those people left without buying anything while I was sitting there waiting to buy shoes. I will probably not come back to this location and continue going to other places like the Shoe Palace or Nike/Jordan online.

Molly helped me this second time i came to exchange them and actually took her time scanning my feet and helped picked up a pair that help support my feet. She explained what type of shoes best suited my needs. PLEASE HAVE MOLLY TRAIN YOUR OTHER EMPLOYEES, GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE. FYI when I first walked in I came to the register another female employee came but didn't acknowledge me, just went to the other computer while popping her gum and blowing a bubble, very unprofessional. I had to ask her if there were any other employees that could help, and thankfully she called Molly to help me.

Fleet Feet is a small running shoe store where they do a foot scan and help you with trying on…read moredifferent shoes. I am skeptical of the foot scan as my friend who is a former employee calls it "all smoke and mirrors." They don't usually have sales on their running shoes, as they only offer a limited selection of the latest, most expensive models. They have a treadmill in store. This location has a small parking lot that is very awkward to turn into and out of on the busy street. I think it's really nice the employees don't make commission, so there isn't pressure to buy shoes on the spot. I tried on seven pairs of shoes and didn't find any of them to be very comfortable. For a store that emphasizes trying on a variety of running shoes, their return policy is not conducive to that. They allow returns within 30 days, but the shoes must be unworn. You don't know if a running shoe feels good until you actually run in them.
