Recently, with the help of Yelp, I learned that this location had a brow bar (didn't know Ulta offered such services). Now, let me say, I am selective, I am a person of color, and I value quality service, so the idea of pulling up to Ulta for my eyebrows didn't woo me, but after reading that Sara was the IT girl for brows, I decided to give her a shot. I booked an appointment for a wax. I wanted to play it safe. Upon my arrival, I was greeted by someone who directed me to the brow bar, and because I was early, I browsed around. In that process, I was greeted my Laura who was EVERYTHING! On many levels - customer service, relatability, comfort, she made Ulta feel like home. She was giving game but not pressuring me, and frankly, she takes the store experience to another level. But you're here to learn around the eyebrow, okay, okay. . . Sara was phenomenal. She was on time, friendly, personable and she listened to what my style is, always checked to make sure we were on the same page, and she filled in my eyebrows which comes with the service plus put on an eye mask while she did my brows. Sara is on her way to becoming my new eyebrow artist! Shout out to Yelp, because otherwise, I would not have had this experience with Sara. Take a chance on her! You deserve it.

I've been going to Thoai for about a year now, and he's easily the best and most skilled hairdresser I've ever had out of any I've been to throughout my life! Thoai was also able to perceive that my hair would look even better with a perm. He was very patient and convinced me to get a perm and he was completely right, my hair looks really great permed and is so much easier to manage as well. He also does a really great job with perms in addition to regular haircuts. If you're an Asian guy who's had trouble finding the right stylist, I can't recommend Thoai enough. He's excellent, highly skilled, and extremely consistent.
