I always book my appointments with Iliana, she is amazing at what she does. She also gives me great advice on how I can take better care of myself and my body when I'm not doing the massages. I recommend sticking to one girl, or try them all until you find the one that you like and are the most comfortable with and especially like the work done on you. One of my visits I chose another girl because Iliana was not available, huge mistake, the girl obviously did not know my preferences or how sensitive my body was therefore she did the ice massage and I was in pain. My advice is always let them know your preference in advance. But if you only stick to one girl it will be easy peasy and each visit will be customized to what you did or what the last visit was. Hope that makes sense! lol Either way. Give them a try for the body contouring, they know what they are doing! I also bought some shape wear, very expensive and I hardly use it.
