Anytime I've needed to make a change it's been easy and she's been more than accommodating getting me rescheduled asap. As much as I'd like to gate keep this spot I always recommend her to friends and family that are looking for a grooming spot that is affordable and treats their furbaby like family. But I was able to watch Chelsea brush paris and she was Sooo goood. Chelsea was very patient and nice to paris. The space is really big. They are located on Nimitz, on the 3rd floor of the party city building. The intercom and entrance is on the left side of Bangkok chef. You press the intercom and wait for the door to unlock, then walk in and take the elevator to the 3rd floor. Then when you get out, you'll turn left and walk past a bunch of cool paintings in the hallway, bella pet spa is the last door. I came to pick paris up after and she was super happy and not nervous at all . I also really love how soft she is. I'd recommend this new groomers and it's great to support the community !

The location (Pets in the City) was different than what we were used to, but the quality of his work was excellent. He was also a bit more expensive, but the quality absolutely justified the price. We later found out that Manny had not retired, and since he knows Izzy so well, we'll be going back to him. That said, Giovanni was wonderful, and we really appreciated the care and attention he gave Izzy.

I had to call them last minute because my friend's roof on her house flew off and she couldn't watch my cats. Joann and Steve came to the rescue and assured me that the cats would be fine. They evaluated him for 4 hours and I watched on their webcam to see how he was doing with the small dogs. I think that's a very cool feature. However, I would see him getting sprayed with a water bottle from one of the workers when he was getting close to another dog. Well, I didn't know that was something they do and caught me off guard when I saw it. Didn't know if that was a normal daycare practice? I was really taken back by it, though... wish I would've known ahead of time. Later on, I could see that he was placed in the corner blocked off from other dogs with a gate surrounding him. I figured he must have done something wrong so he was in a timeout. When I picked him up, they told me he didn't pass the evaluation because he was humping another dog. It wasn't nice to hear that your dog didn't fit in but I respect their policy. This place is definitely busy so I'm sure they don't need to have new clients. I was able to see the big room to get the attention of a worker when I was leaving and heard some screaming and yelling at the dogs. It's pretty chaotic when the dogs start barking and there's a lot of them in the rooms. Also note that the chemical smell is extremely strong in here. Im not sure if their ventilation is adequate for the amount of chemicals they are using. I found a different daycare that fits him really well and he's happy so it really depends on the place. Don't be disappointed if your dog doesn't pass this place.

They spent time with us before our trip, showed us the rooms, and made sure they understood each cat's personality. Our boys stayed in a double room and our shy girls stayed together in a single room--perfect setup for them. We got daily photos and updates, which made us feel so reassured, especially since it was their first time away from home. The rooms are super clean and each one has a different theme. Pickup was easy and flexible, and the owner/vet even helped us load the cats into the car. Excellent care, worth the price, and we'll definitely be returning!

They promised all kinds of things but did not follow through. Needless to say those places did not meet our expectations. The very first time she boarded at PPH, being my overly protective paw parent self, I constantly messaged Anna (the owner) to check on Lola. To my surprise, she promptly messaged back each and EVERY time. She even FaceTimed us so we could "talk" to Lola! Anna would send us pictures and always responded to my texts throughout our vacation. Bonus tip: Anna stayed with Lola 24/7! YES! There's someone watching your furbaby the ENTIRE time - making sure they are content & safe! Such an amazing experience compared to my prior encounters with the other places! I can finally say that I can enjoy my future vacations with peace of mind knowing that Lola is happy and will be PERFECTLY cared for. Anna treats all the pups as if they were her own! Rex is pretty timid meeting people for the first time, but that wasn't the case here. We were shocked to see he felt comfortable enough to even nap on his very first day. We have been bringing Rex since they opened their doors and it's been such a great experience. Their dog room is a lot more spacious then other day cares and very well maintained. The staff is friendly, attentive and you can tell really care for and pay attention to the pups that are under their care. For those who work outside the 9-5 schedule their operating hours are such a bonus. Thank you for keeping Rex so happy to the point he never wants to leave when it's time to go home!
