We went around in circles for about 20 minutes until they finally admitted that when they got the file from the Dr. Lee's office there were behavior notations on it that the Dentist was in here refusing to see her and they came up with a plan that was completely not actionable, and when we were unable to make that work, they just dug in harder and harder. I wish we never went to this place. They claimed to be. Experienced with children with special needs they wasted almost a year of time because they did not communicate their intentions with integrity and of course it's my daughter who then suffers.
