I called back and they were not able to find my information then started me on the Ferris wheel of asking me questions again. Then they called back and told me that they would offer some discount for the services. Which I assume means they would raise the prices 1st. I don't know what's going on but highly disorganized. Owner sounds like they are in the restaurant or clothing business ( anything but construction- not in roofing ) and they are taking info down for the 1st time on a CRM system. Would not recommend. In looking at the reviews before it sounds like this happens with the owner I would not trust business to work on my house let alone pay money for.

We were pleasantly surprised that Michael Carper himself, booked our last minute appointment and not only that...he reassured us that it was no problem and it had enough time to dry properly!! Not only did he and his partner arrive 10 minutes early, but they got right down to work and were out of there fairly quickly and our carpet not only dried intime but it looked brand new!! We were so happy with our entire carpet cleaned and even dried before our first guest arrived that we definitely would reccomend ASAP CARPET to anyone needing to have their carpets cleaned in a timely fashion!!! Alex was willing to grab one for me at Home Depot, but I had one in hand. The fact that he offered was already above and beyond. He is fast and easy with responding to communications. He is efficient and knowledgeable. You can tell he is very skilled and confidently handles the job. His mind is very quick and sharp. He got in, changed out the faucet and installed the new one within about 15-20 min. He cleaned up the work space and took all of the garbage involved. I highly recommend his services.
