We were pleasantly surprised that Michael Carper himself, booked our last minute appointment and not only that...he reassured us that it was no problem and it had enough time to dry properly!! Not only did he and his partner arrive 10 minutes early, but they got right down to work and were out of there fairly quickly and our carpet not only dried intime but it looked brand new!!
