Well, I struggled with what to rate this as and I am giving it one star. Here is the reasons: 1) I had to scub inside the toilet bowl for quite a while to get rid of the staining caused by the waste-water the workers dumped into it. 2) I am Still trying to remove the overspray stains caused by the workers when working on the floor of the kitchen. They managed to get the stainless steel door on my SubZero refrigerator and the stains won't come out! 3) It took most of the weekend, but the overspray on the walls, bathtub, etc took a lot of scrubbing but I finally got the stains out. If I had it to do all over, I would have chosen a different company. P.S. I was quoted $2,000 but the quote did not include the laundry room floor and some minor recaulking. That increased the price by $175. read more

Stoneworks is fabulous in quality of work as well as price and reliability. A friend spilled red wine on our stone kitchen floor and we could not get it out. Like, at all. Stoneworks came out promptly and made several visits to apply a poultice to the area. You can literally not even see where the stain was now. PLUS they sealed our new cast stone fireplace + mantel and our new marble coffee table for 1/2 the price the fireplace builders quoted. We have some Spanish paver tiles in our living room that need re-finished. We had received a flyer from this company in the mail. We called and left a message. Our call was returned the same morning. We were told a representative would be in our area that same day and made a 5 pm appointment. They never showed up. They did not call or text or email us to tell us they would not show up. We waited and waited. We called and left a message the next day asking for a return call to explain what happened and make another appointment. We also emailed them. Those were never returned. We are so disappointed with the lack of customer service. We do not recommend using this company to anyone. read more

Excellent work by Mark and Chris. Our bathroom tile looks like new and it was so bad I thought I would have to rip it all out. While here for the estimate, Michael noticed things I hadn't thought could be fixed, like stained grout around the kitchen sink. They even replaced a couple of tiles that had come loose in our pool. Our flagstone patio and walkways look so much better after they cleaned and sealed them. They cleaned up every day and kept us informed of when it was safe to use specific areas. Only downside is that they are so busy your appointment is scheduled quite a bit out, but that seems to be the way it is for almost everything now. I highly recommend them. read more

Talk about a customer service OUT OF THIS WORLD. Stoneworks performed a complete resurfacing of marble counters in a home we just bought. The work was incredibly detailed and performed in the most professional manner. All the counters looked like NEW. But then, one of our daughters didn't read the instructions and used the main kitchen counter to make margaritas without being careful. The etching was awful when we got to the house a week later. Called Stoneworks and they came promptly and did a touch up for FREE making it perfect again. I cannot say enough good things about their attitude, professionalism and service. We used Stoneworks 7 years ago when our Travertine needed cleaning and sealing. We did not hesitate to call them again. They do a fantastic job cleaning and sealing the travertine as well as providing whole house stone restoration. In addition to the travertine, they deep cleaned the master shower, and the separate bath; deep cleaned and polished the entire kitchen granite; re-caulked the kitchen sink and other areas that were in dire need, and were able to fill holes in the travertine. We have owned our house for 18 years so the grout in the bathroom, kitchen, and entry were in need of a major refresh and Stoneworks did a great job. We had several areas that needed repair and the repairs were excellent. What were large cracks in tile are now very difficult to see and unless you knew where to look you would never see the repair. They did a great job matching a very difficult color in both the tile and the grout. When they were done the shower area of the master bath looked like it was brand new and the same is true of the kitchen/entry areas. The team that did the work was very careful to protect the area. If I could give Stoneworks 6 stars I would. I have a slate shower with a natural stone floor that was turning White from mineral deposits. I tried everything off the shelf and googled for hours but I really couldn't get it cleaned up. I found Stoneworks on yelp and have them a call, left a message and within a couple hours I got a call back to set up an appointment for an estimate . The next day gentlemen came out to look at the shower and he couldn't have been more polite and professional. I got the estimate that day and set up the appointment. So disappointed with these guys after seeing all the other good reviews. Called and made an appointment for 3:30. Owner showed up at 3:00 and left a note. I called to reschedule (even though I was there at 3:30) and was told that they would check with the owner to reschedule and get back to me. Several weeks went by without any contact. I got a marketing email soliciting service so I responded requesting an appointment. They schedule the appointment and they came out. Michael told me he needed to do a test on our tile and would get back to me when he could come. A couple weeks went by and we heard nothing. So I sent another email asking when I would hear something or what was going on. It's been 2 more weeks and still nothing so we are trying another vendor. Non-existent customer service. read more
